My wife and I have stayed at this location twice and each time we have been impressed with the combination of value for the price that we paid. We have stayed at other brands of hotels, including one very nearby, that costs about a 1/3 more per night. So when we are saving a big chunk of money, we don't... More

This hotel is a good bargain and yet still had everything that we needed. It does need updating for the decor but we didn't care about that. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure as did the toilet. There was a flat screen tv in the room which was... More

Do not plan on utilizing their Wi-Fi. Impossible to get on during prime time. Otherwise OK and good value for your dollar. Convenient location. Breakfast bar quite adequate. But if you need to have access to the Internet, stay somewhere else.

Room was a bit small for two queen beds, small bathroom, sink and mirror outside of tub & toilet. Water pressure to toilet low, had to flush 2-3 times, finally called for maintenance but was not on duty yet, then front desk did not inform him of problem. Linen clean but bit worn. Found paper and cup under the bed,... More

The gym equipment at this place really suck the staff don't know what is broken until someone go tell them. There could also be more cardiovascular machine for people who can't run. Also when I check in thw room that I was in the bathroom floor was giving away thwy move me but move someone else in the same night.

Hard to get into at night as poor lighting at entrance way and steep steps. Good bed and pillows, room needs to be drastically updated though. Convenient location to Mt Vernon. I would not stay here again, much better places to stay in the area I am sure. Nice courtyard.

First, they have a high set of steps to get in the front door. You will want to park in the rear of the hotel and take the back door past the laundry and then to the elevators. Unless you want to drag your suitcases up MANY steps in the front. They charge $15 extra for the extra fold up... More

Unable to reach a manager when I tried to address a discrepancy with my bill. Then the front desk personnel got snippy with me, probably because she's the one that made the mistake. Walls are paper thin and ppl were hanging out outside my door. Yeah, won't be back.

Stayed at this convenient location while in D.C. for Doctor appointment. Located right on Richmond Highway with easy access to all main roads. Although check-in was hassle; only 1 person to check in 6 people in line. all else was OK. The breakfast was adequate, the price reasonable and room OK, would definitely return for another stay.
