This is a very popular Wyndham timeshare. With only about 85 or so units it books quickly, especially through the Spring and Summer months. If you have never been here it's not too easy to find as it is set back off of King St behind shops and other businesses. Wyndham Old Town Alexandria is located between Harvard and Commerce.... More

After staying at Wyndham Bonnett Creek several times, it was refreshing to have to say "No" only twice before being given my parking pass... ;) We didn't use the family timeshare for this trip, I rented from another owner that I found on Ebay. This property was very nice! We had a 2 bedroom lock-off (rooms 205-206). We were not... More

Surprisingly pleasant and in a great location. We had a 2 bedroom deluxe suite that had just been renovated and it was very comfortable and spacious. The beds were fantastic! Kitchen was nicely equipped, even though we did not use it. The location was fantastic, convenient to metro and lots of places to eat and shop. The metro was next... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe the first week of December. Traveled east for a week in D.C. culminating with the Army/Navy game that was being held this year at FedEx field. Sadly for us, Army lost for the 10th year in a row. Oh well, maybe next year? Check in was a breeze. We had our keys and... More

The staff at the Wyngham were the most friendly and helpful people we have ever met. Each time we were greeted with a smile and a warm remark, The truly made our vacation memorable.

I was invited up to the Wyndham Old Town Alexandria for a girl's weekend away. A two bedroom wasn't available so we had a two- one bedroom units that joined together. One of the units was a deluxe bedroom unit and the other was for one bedroom studio (or is it called an efficiency). The units were on the end... More

The site has been just renovated and it is very comfortable and spacious. The beds were fantastic! Kitchen was nicely equiped. The convience to King street and the free shuttle was great. The metro was next door which, yes you could hear but honestly it did not bother me nor did we hear it after we went to sleep. Nice... More

If you are planning on staying here, I would stick to the regular 1or 2 bedrooms and resist an upgrade (or, God Forbid, a full exchange) into a Presidential suite. The suite (609) was right above and next to the train tracks which ran frequently and noisily. The shower door would not close and the room smelled stale and strange..... More

We were only here for a couple of nights. I can't think of anything but good things to say about this hotel. It's convenient to King Street and the metro. Our room was large, roomy, and clean. The furnishings are up to date and comfortable. The kitchen is large enough to make a quick meal but why would you want... More

The place is right on the main street of Old Town...King Street. The wife and I walked every afternoon or evening all the way down to the Potomac River. What wonderful old buildings. The best of all is right across the street...the entrance to the Metro. Using the blue line, we went to Washington DC 5 of 7 days! Got... More
