Stayed here for a week as a base to travel into DC. Was only a 10min walk to Metro which suited us. Staff were very friendy and helpful. Rooms were a reasonable size and clean and comfortable. Exactly what we wanted from a hotel room in my proice range.

Don't let the outside fool you. This is a VERY nice motel. Hotel room was spotless and updated. Appeared to be granite shower. Very friendly staff. Quick 10 minute walk to the metro or 10 minute drive into DC. Kid safe area. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here overnight on strength of Trip Advisor reviews, and my need to make a quick exit to get to DCA early in the morning. (less than 10 easy minutes drive away, up the GW Parkway.) This motel is very modest looking, and could do with some curb appeal sprucing up. However, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooms and baths are very clean, and the location is excellent, and the price is right. A nice, cinvenient, and resonable place to stay.
