This Residence Inn is in a very nice neighborhood, close to King St. metro stop and good shopping and restaurants. Parking garage ($18 per day), was surprising nice, not as tight as I thought it was going to be. Staff very nice, room was a little worn but would still recommend. Big down side was the breakfast room. I actually... More

Located in the heart of Old Town. Less expensive than in D.C. but perfectly located near metro to go into DC during day. Then, you have the convenience of walking around Old Towne in evening, nights, and early morning to enjoy mega points of wonderful history and awesome restaurants from coffee shops to seafood - casual to fine dining! Wonderful... More

We stayed at this hotel using our Marriott Rewards points, and the first thing that the staff did for us was to give us a two bedroom suite instead of the two one beds that we had booked online for the same points value. It was a definite bonus for our family as it was our last stop on the... More

The hotel is conveniently located near King St and offers a complimentary shuttle service to get you to nearby locations. The shuttle will take you where you want to go, which can be very useful and saves you the cost of a taxi. The front desk staff is friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The rooms are spacious, clean,... More

This hotel is fantastic. The front desk staff are always willing to help and the shuttle service to nearby destinations is a big plus too. The first class breakfasts and afternoon hospitality sessions are perfectly presented and special consideration has to go out to the cooks and service personnel that are responsible for the food service end of this hotel.... Stayed here one night on a 3 night trip to visit Old Town and Washington DC. The one bedroom suite was quite bright and clean. We had a corner room which had more light into the living room and kitchen area. Since we are Marriott members we had a free night we earned and only had to pay for the... More

Rooms are large, staff is pleasant, and breakfast is good. There is a Whole Foods 2 blocks to the right of the hotel on Duke St. It would be nice if the pool had longer hours than 10 - 9. On the weekend it was crowded and loud during the late afternoon hours. The Emabssy Suites and Hilton are definitely... More

When visiting the DC area, this hotel is a great place to stay The suites are clean and comfortable. During the week, they have complimentary food and drinks out in the afternoon. This is great after a long day of sightseeing. Their complimentary breakfasts are also very good. The staff was very helpful and always met you with a smile.... More

First, I booked my stay with the hotel directly and free parking was in my rate as a triple A member. I asked them to note that on my account record, so there would be no question. Thankfully, it WAS noted in my reservation, because 2 days before check in, the hotel claimed they didn't offer free parking. Of course... More

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you surfaced this issue so that we may properly address it with AAA. Currently, there is no active promotion for complimentary parking and AAA should not be extending this offer. Your feedback will give me the ability to follow up with them. I apologize that they passed along this information, but I... More
