This is my hotel of choice when in the DC area. It's is a good neighborhood, close to plenty of food choices and the Metro. The hotel is very quiet and the staff is friendly. Cab ride from Union Station will run you about $30. Metro is under $5 from station.

From the moment we checked in everyone was freineldy and helpful. Easy access to King Street Metro. Breakfast was always good with a variety of food served everyday. This hotel is ideally located. You can park your car and forget about it for your entire visit. Centrally located to King Street, trolley and Amtrak/trains. They have a wonderful full, free breakfast buffet and parking is relatively inexpensive compared to other area hotels. Staff friendly and helpful and rooms roomy with full kitchenette for those evening snacks.

This hotel is located 3 blocks from the metro and about a ten min ride to down town D.C. My family of 6 have stayed every year for the past four years. Great free breakfast, swimming pool with life guard at all times and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We have never had one problem.

Perfect solution for families traveling with children. Suite was clean and a little nicer than other suite hotels (new upholstery maybe?).
