First, let's start with the parking. I paid $28 to park in their underground structure. The parking spaces are very small. I have a small compact car that barely fit. The front desk person couldn't have been less helpful. The room was an average Embassy Suites room. If I am paying over $200 a night, I would appreciate complimentary internet... More

I'd been told this was a great place to stay. While the hotel, location and certain amenities were a plus, customer service was lacking. Most registration desk employees were rude and acted as though your questions were an imposition. The saving grace was Leia--very pleasant/helpful. I received a wake-up call at 0530 for which I did not request; the fitness... More

Service and Hotel is great. The staff leaves no question that quality is there number one priority and with Aden at the bar every stay is great. Would recommend this hotel for business as well as pleasure when visiting the DC area

The location of this hotel is enough to make it a winner for travelers to Alexandria. Great views of the Washington Masonic Temple and the train station on the front desk side of the property. The parking lot is terrible. While parking is an issue all over the city of Alexandria, this hotel's under ground facility is dated and challenging... More

This hotel is getting tired, the staff was not prepared to handle the extra load that Spring Break put on them. Other than that the hotel provided all that you expect from an Embassy Suites. The location couldn't be better with easy access to the Trolley and Subway to DC.

The Embassy Suites in Alexandria is a real gem. It is a great place for families or the single traveler. the room are large and well maintained. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Embassy Suites offers central location to train/ bus transportation and the free breakfast is a real bargain. It is the best deal in all of Alexandria.

The front desk person upon check-in was very helpful and nice. I had called prior to our stay to ask a few questions, and she remembered me and introduced herself to me upon arrival. At the evening Manager's Reception, Aidan, the bartender was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed talking with him. As far as the suite, it was very... More

This hotel is nice and is in a great location. Easy access to the metro for a quick trip to the national mall. Alexandria is a great city with a great history. Rooms are nice and the hotel is well kept. Parking is expensive and very compact. I wouldn't recommend bringing anything larger than a small suv. Overall we had... More

This hotel is a bit dated and is basically as average as you can get. We went down with friends and their room had stains on their sofa and did not feel clean. Our room was a little better, just ok. We stayed on the park and play rate of roughly $189 per night. The happy hour is nice. You... More
