I I stayed at this hotel for a conference for 3 nights. On arrival I noticed that the hallways were dirty coming up from the parking garage, and around the rooms. Very convenient hotel - Was attending a 60th high school reunion. Very nice bar dining area. Very tasty sushi, prices not out of line. Also, breakfast much better than adequate. Service first rate. more

At check in, the clerk decided I needed to be placed in their "lovely retreat quarters" in an annex building. Advised not to stray off the recommended path to the building because of safety concerns. Great value for hotel that is far less expensive than DC hotels with extremely easy access to DC, Arlington and other site. Includes free shuttle bus service to many destinations including the airport, the Metro and serveral key DC-area sites. Has great restaurant on the premises that I would go to even if not staying at hotel. more

US$45 for a spacious room with two double beds. Parking US$9 + tax per day. Then there are free shuttles to two different locations (King Street, Alexandria & Pentagon City Metro Station) from morning to night. Just good value for money. more
Negative reviews are WRONG. This is a very clean well kept older hotel, will excellent staff. If they would change their prices (maybe half or free) on internet and parking, they would be one of the best deals in town.
