Hotel and rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Stayed in the King suite with sofa bed... Plenty of space. A little difficult to get here off the interstate but easy to get back on when leaving. Except for the wierdest scrambled eggs we'be ever encountered this was another excellent Hampton. But, the location is less than ideal, as there is nothing one can safely walk to (the closest restaurant is across a busy 8 lane hiway). They do provide free, constant shuttle services into Old Town Alexandria and the excellent Washington metro rail.

Very nice hotel, great staff, complimentary breakfast and shuttle service. The shuttle service is on call for rides to and from market square. Staff was very helpful for restaurants as well as activities such as the ferry. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Hampton Inns are my first choice.

I enjoyed my one nite stay at this hotel. I reserved the room with the whirlpool. Initially upon turning on the whirlpool lots of debri came out of the whirlpool jets. I called front desk to notify them of this and a maintenience guy came within 30 mins to clean out the whirlpool. Other than that the stay was great!... More
