Kimberly was simply amazing with outstanding assistance from Deb. Mrs. Betty Akers started our experience that surrounded a job interview at the local hospital (JMH) --- I have never experienced such care, service and being completely spoiled. The team at Copper Lantern Boutique Inn literally opened EARLY to allow my wife and I to be their first visitors for this... More

Everyone has a favorite restaurant-a place they can go where great food, company, and atmosphere all blend together to forge comfort and a sense of belonging. Now, bottle that feeling and imagine you're on a vacation away from home...it's what hits you when you walk in the door at The Copper Lantern Inn-like a champagne bottle at the start of... More

We went to the Copper Lantern for a birthday weekend. Everything was perfect! It has a great location, super friendly, great rooms, very very clean, so helpful, and the food is just as good or better as anything you'll find in town. Stay here!

Of all the B&B's we have experienced over the years, Copper Lantern is the best combination of charm, history, and luxury. However, Kimberly and Betty make the trip. They do a magnificent job of not only making you feel at home, but actually making you part of their family. Friendlier, more accommodating hostesses cannot be found anywhere. It is a... More

We stayed at this beautiful inn as first timers at a B&B. My husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters. I chose this location since there were no big name hotels in the area, and I am so glad I did. Everything you read about this gem in the reviews is spot on! Betty and Kim are outstanding hostesses.... More

This was our second stay at the Copper Lantern. The first visit was wonderful and the second visit - even better. Every where you go in the inn - from the front porch to the unique bed rooms - is comfortable and laid back. Your blood pressure will definitely drop! We look forward to our third visit!

The most gracious and generous southern hostesses imaginable. Charming, historic home mere blocks from downtown Abingdon. Dreamy goose down beds that you simply melt into with luxurious linens. Gourmet breakfasts and hors d'oeuvres. Would recommend without hesitation. :0)

The moment we were greeted at the door, we felt like a member of the family. Betty and Kimberly are kind and gracious hosts who cater to your every need, They went so far as to get cupcakes with candles and sang happy birthday to my husband and daughter-in-law. Their inn is blocks from the shops, farmers marker, top notch... More

There are no words to explain how absolutely incredible our stay was at the Copper Lantern Inn. Betty and Kim are an outstanding mother daughter duo, they went above and beyond making our stay memorable and enjoyable. They have truly found their gift and we are so grateful they shared it with us. The food is phenomenal, breakfast and appetizers... More
