I cannot say enough about Hill Farm Inn. It is simply amazing. Recent renovations have updated the comforts without losing the charm. We had the occasion to make our visit with friends and could not have felt more at home. Skiing, hiking, shopping, and fishing are all within easy reach but sometimes its just nice to relax with a book... More

Myself, my wife and my 2 sons spent NYE weekend at the Inn. We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The Inn itself is absolutely beautiful and was recently fully renovated. However, you can easily see the amount of detail that went into keeping the charm of the original historic Inn. Our suite was so cozy and just... More

Noel, How wonderful of you to write such nice things about our inn. We all so enjoyed your family and can't wait for your next visit. We pride ourselves in being a family friendly property, and kids do love our goats, sheep and pigs! Thank you and Helen for a fun time. Hugs to all. More

We brought the whole family and meet up with friends and their families. Great time had by all. We would separate and do our individual thing and meet up in the mornings and evenings. Skiing, hiking, shopping and fabulous places to eat all so close to the inn a definite win.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write! Although we aren't in the middle of Manchester, we are close to all the action as you so well described. The inn truly shines when families unite on our beautiful property. Thanks again, The staff of HFI More

We had a wonderful family long weekend in this beautifully renovated farmhouse. The views of the mountains from the property were filled with brilliant fall color, with well kept trails for hiking through the brush on the property. The entire Inn is kept in meticulous condition. We stayed in the Battenkill Room, furnished with antiques and pristine bed linens. The... More

The Hill Farm Inn is the ideal place to spend a long weekend or check out on a lazy afternoon. The views are unrivaled; I cannot think of another inn in Arlington that has comparable scenery. The service is incredible, the rooms are gorgeous, comfortable and immaculately kept, and when the sun sets, you will never want to leave the... More

The inn has the best of both worlds - history along with updated rooms and amenities. We stayed in the Emerald Lake room, which is very small, but spotlessly clean with a new bathroom. The bed and linens were very comfortable. I could wish the room had a clock, however. The property is lovely, with a couple of different walking... More

Friend's held their daughter's wedding at Hill Farm Inn. Granted that the weather was perfect, but the location was amazing with views down the valley and lovely hills. The Inn has been finished beautifully, easily accommodating a bar for the event. Well tended, good looking main house, barns, and a beautiful open lawn for a tent.

A small group rented the farmhouse and it worked quite well. Four of us had great bed accommodations, (in separate beds) and the fifth moved between a cot mattress and a trundle bed to find the best situation. The house was attractive , not fussy, and well equipped. Sheets and amenities were lovely--the kitchen was perfect for us to prepare... More

Great accommodations, hospitality and breakfast. We had a 15 person family reunion last week at Hill Farm Inn. Everyone of all ages thoroughly enjoyed our visit. There is a ton of recreation around the inn, and great shopping and dining nearby. We really enjoyed the peaceful and scenic atmosphere of the inn. The fire pits and walking trails along the... My husband and I recently stayed a week at this lovely B&B. Mariah and staff were wonderful hosts. The rooms were fantastic and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we loved all of the places Mariah recommended in the surrounding community. We will definitely be returning. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!
