Beautiful hotel with great views of the beautiful Hill Country of Austin, TX. Stayed here during the TX relays with some friends and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I didn't really experience the regular rooms but I stayed in a corner suite on the 5th floor with 2 adjoining rooms connected. The only thing that is a bit of an issue,... More

I've stayed here multiple times. Typically just to get away from daily life or to take a date to get some room service and some privacy. The staff is top notch. The furnishings make you want to stop and take pictures. The bed in the room...mmmmhmmm so comfortable. The room service team and kitchen staff are awesome. If you want... More

We booked a room through Priceline at about 1/2 of the listed rate, during SXSW, so we were pleasantly surprised that there was availability and that the rate was favorable. Pretty much an overgrown Embassy Suites, huge open atrium inside the square shaped structure, with rooms lining all four sides. This hotel is nice but not fancy, and seems more... More

Stayed here two nights after winning Priceline bid at almost the last minute during the annual SXSW festival, so we were surprised it was available, and were pleased with the result. As other posters described, the rooms are perhaps a bit larger than standard and comfortable. It was notable that there is no traditional "dresser" in the room. Instead, we... More

I recently stayed here through priceline as a four star accommodation. The hotel staff was courteous, the price right and the hotel was quite well maintained. The ground were clean and the interior was pleasant. They have valet parking as well as free parking. The free parking has narrow slots and lanes and you will have to pay attention when... More

We celebrated our 40 th and 41st anniversaries there because it was sooo nice, fancy but affordable, the breakfasts are seriously good , and the location is dead center of a ton of restaurAnts and two major shopping centers... The Arboretum and The Domain. Excellent choice!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Uber lingered around the turnabout so getting to and fro was very easy. Only issue that I had was that there was a half eaten sandwich in the mini cabinet beneath the tv that kind of made us paranoid about the cleaning habits, but all else great.

I hadn't stayed in the Renaissance in over ten years so thought it might be a bit dated but they have updated nicely and it is still a very nice property. The location is good. It is close to The Domain for shopping and there are some very good restaurants in the Arboretum. If you want a King Bed you... More

Great property for a business conference. Lots of restaurants nearby and hotel was nice. Room was clean and large- plenty of room to work and relax. Interior of hotel is open, but didn't seem any louder than normal. Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly.

Hotel and staff are just the greatest. Have stayed many times and will continue to return. Great rooms, bar, and conference areas with easy access to shopping and Restaurants. Staff will go out of their way to help check in, bellman to your room and of course check out all above standard. What an enjoyable hotel!
