This hotel was part of our 2015 Spring Break road trip. I'm sorry we only got to stay two nights. We arrived late on a Wednesday, the girl at check in gave us a complimentary upgrade to a lake view room along with all the info on the hotel (happy hour, heated pools, etc...) The room was very nice, comfortable... More

The twist and turns through the hill country was an awesome site to see. Once we arrived it was late so we did not see the face of the hotel. Upon checking in I was greeted and given my room key with no direction. I was not informed of the amenities and sent on my way. My room was nice... More

Very nice and helpful staff, but I've stayed in facilities that were just as nice with better amenities for much less money. Probably cost is due to the view, but not worth it. Would not spend the money to stay there again

While making a college visit in Austin, we decided to stay here for the lake view and amenities. We were not disappointed. Here during the off season (March) so it was quiet and we felt like we had our own private resort. Really cool that it is tucked away and you drive through a luxurious neighborhood to get there. We... More

Have you ever worked a 60 hour week for several weeks in a row, and just needed to get away. Someplace where someone else takes care of you and you just get to relax and have a good time? Well, that is all we wanted. To be taken care of. We have been to many hotels where they have that... More

My husband and I visit here regularly. I feel as though it's a hidden gem! Staff is amazing, rooms are incredible, breathtaking views, very clean room and comfortable beds! I love everything about this place! I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Austin.

I stayed in this hotel in November 2014 with my family. It was an interesting property where you drove through a community to get to the resort. The resort was updated recently and the room we stayed in was nice. We ate at the restaurant that was not connected next door for both dinner and breakfast. The server, a Jamaican... More

We stayed 2 nights during a weekend in February. Hotel is about 40 miles north of Houston on Lake Travis, or where Lake Travis used to be since it is really low water level at the moment. You have to drive through a residential area with golf cart crossings to get there so it is 30mph all the way. The... More

We stayed at the resort last week for 2 days. Upon check in-no bellman or someone to take our car. Had to park up the hill and shlep back down with our suitcases. Front desk person-not very friendly. If you don't like your job, get another! The room was beat down and needed an upgrade or at the very least,... More

Very nice rooms, which I think were recently upgraded. Gorgeous views of the lake and sunsets. Great pools and fitness area. Spa seemed to be closed when I was there. Food from Masterson's was nice but no big deal. (I ordered room service from them). Good get away spot but still close to Austin.
