Friendly folks. Got room upgrade. Problems like only one robe and no breakfast menu corrected very quickly. They made my dinner res and slipped a note and map under my door withing minutes. I visited Lakeway in August. The location was beautiful. Its right on the lake. The service was great by the pool and in the restaurants. My room was clean and very big. This is an older resort. They have tried to update it but it may be time to just knock it down and start over. More
