Very good facility, very polite and professional staff, well maintained, and secure. Fairly central to downtown Austin. Will return to this location. Went to attend Blue Man Group concert - had a ball with that.

This hotel was ok, but is very loud and noisy when the bars are closing. They have no visible security telling people to go into their rooms so you can hear people on the balcony all night. My room wasn't ready that I reserved, had to stay in a regular room.

Friendly, attentive staff that took great care of us. Mattress was a newer pillow top without any sags or lumps, very comfortable. Plumbing was a little quirky, with a bit of a "hammer" in the shower pipes. Continental breakfast was nice. We found the motel to be a good value, clean and comfortable, even if it's showing its age a... More

Not horrible, however our room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom floor and shower had hair all over the place. Tiny curly hairs....it was disgusting. 2 stars because of that. House keeping needs to step it up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However, room carpet was dirty. Needed to be cleaned. Location is great. Close to the freeway and quick access to downtown. We did not have breakfast at hotel, but food did smell good and appetizing. Eating area was clean and inviting.

Don't spend your points from La Quinta on this hotel. Its not worth it. Floor had hair issues. Security was iffy. Scary place..lots of walking traffic - disappointed in LA Quinta and this property - La Quinta needs to renovate this property

The hotel is extremely outdated, the carpet was stained EVERYWHERE, the pull out sofa bed was absolutely disgusting, we didn't dare touch it due to the discoloration of the fabric. The beds looked ok upon first look, but once I looked closer, the comforters had large and small stains throughout, some looked like old blood splatter. The sheets had small... More

The staff was wonderful but the hotel is an older one that could really use a renovation. We had no issues at all. The room was clean but was just old. The location was OK as far as where we needed to go and there is a Starbucks very closeby. Traffic on I35 can be troublesome but we didn't experience... More

Stayed here for two nights during Thanksgiving. Room was rundown and not the cleanest. I allegedly paid for a nicer room but I didn't see why it was nicer. It was not as clean as I expected it should be. It was very disappointing.
