- La Quinta Austin

Stayed here on the night of my company Christmas party. The location was great, since our party was in South Austin. The outside looked pretty old, but not trashy at all. The inside of this hotel was very nice! The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

After reading reviews about this hotel, I was a bit skeptical to stay there but it turned out to be not as bad as I thought it would be. I would recommend considering La Quinta Inn Oltorf if you are on a tight budget but need a nice place to stay. It is not fancy though, but it's clean and...

The hotel is a bit dated, but we found it to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was quiet and clean. The beds were VERY comfortable. The location is excellent for us (i.e.; close to family, friends, and attractions). There is easy accessibility to and from I-35. The Continental Breakfast was tasty,...

This is the worst place ever. I'm only here one night thankfully. There is bugs, chewed up base boards from dogs, flaking paint on the ceilings and walls, carpet so dirty my clean socks were black on the bottom when I took them off from walking around the room. The toilet seat had dried pee on it still....they hadn't cleaned...

We recently stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't wait to get out of there. Every day our room key had to be re-programed and never once were we asked for any identification. All we had to do was give a room number. Anyone could have come into our room.
Also agree with previous post regarding music in the homes...

The room was clean and basic & everything was in working order. La Quinta has a free breakfast including cereal, toast, yogurt juice, fruit, muffins and coffee. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Location is off the main highway. Not much around but a few gas stations and fast food restaurants. The hotel is about 3 miles from downtown. It's an...

I stayed at this hotel as part of a flight & hotel package, so I really can't complain for the price I paid. There were a few minor issues that I wanted to mention. The room was generally clean (though the hotel could certainly use a fresh coat of paint and some renovations) except there were a few hairs left...

We stayed here for ACL. A mile walk to SOCO, but you have to cross a highway. The staff are wonderful. Rates were pretty good, but I have had better from La Quinta in the past. Will definitely stay here again for the half marathon in February. Hotel was clean, plenty of parking, we got a great night's sleep. Best...
