This hotel was really close to where our daughter is living while studying in Austin, TX. Not only that, the price was really great. While the location is not exactly downtown, it is close to the main access road (I-35) to get you there quickly.

lobby was dirty, room was dirty (the light switches were even disgusting). Shower was very close to ceiling (i'm 6 foot tall and it was very difficult to wash my hair) Big gaps all the way around door to let lots of little bugs in. Front desk wouldn't let us check in even though our room was ready, when we... More

Reserved an ADA room got a regular one. I was confirmed for late arrival but checked in about 5:30 PM. I guess this was someones idea of a joke. The room was not close to parking and had the ice machine outside. This is my first bad La Quinta review. I hope this is just this property.

Great location, value price, staff, meals, but the day of check out 3 roaches appeared. I didn't have food or drinks that would attract the roaches. Bottle soda, napkins and empty dry wrappers. This hotel needs remodeling. Hopefully there are plans to do a remodel.

I had made reservations about a month ago. When we came in the week of the 4th to check in, we arrived early. When I told the guy I had reservations he was rude and cut me off saying check in wasn't until 3. I have a pet and didn't want to drive around Austin for over an hr and... More

Nothing special or exciting here. Has a pool, which we didn't use. The ice machine worked great. Mattress and pillows were very soft. Maid that cleaned our room did a great job. Clean, no bugs, AC worked and was quiet. Breakfast was all pre-packaged food - no waffle maker or sausage patties. Restaurant in the parking lot that has really... More
