I stayed at this hotel with my 10 year old child from Dec 31, 2008 to January 4, 2009. There is a nightclub in the parking lot and our room was on that side of the hotel (towards the back underneath the stair case) and it wasn’t loud until somebody walked past the outside of our room. The gap between... more

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Austin. Nice short distance to visiting capitol, state museum and LBJ Library. Nice clean room with basic breakfast. more

Stayed here for a period of 3 days. I have to say that I found the room very clean and actually spacious. AC noise tended to be a bit loud, but sometimes that comes with places that have window units. Breakfast was okay, but nicely presented. The problems that I saw were the following: the pool was really not usable.... more

First I will say that the location was good, being so close to the highway. Everything was easily accessible. The rates were a bit cheaper than what we were finding closer to downtown, of course. Given the $90/night price (with AAA discount), I was hoping for it to at least be cleaner, though. The doors were grimy with dirty fingerprints.... more

Checked -In 10/20/07 for 1 night. Had stayed here before, but this time the beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom area, near the door is small and cramped. The pillows need replacing. The TV's are old and out of date, with bad color. The room lighting was low quality. more

We stayed at the hotel from Thursday, April 12th to Monday, April 16th. We were in a room that was in the back and it was reasonably quiet..the front rooms faced I35..the main hwy into Austin. The room was clean but in need of general brightening up, I'd say. The light by one of the beds was burned out and... more

March is busy in Austin and we were happy to get any hotel at all with only one week's notice. However, we were quite pleased with the location, cleanliness, and price after searching many hotel chains nearby and finding them all full. We wanted near I-35 and near UT. We were pleased with the restaurants nearby as well (Pappadeaux). We... more

I checked into this inn on Christmas Eve after another member in my party had already arrived and secured a room. First, I noticed this is a ground floor high traffic room near the stairs. As soon as I shut the entry door, I noticed grime from dirty hands on the back of the door accumulated over time. I didn't... more

I stayed for two nights after getting a very good rate at orbitz. First night wasn't good - although the room was clean and in good overall condition, I was put in a smoking room despite having requested nonsmoking. The smell was enough that I ended up with a sore throat and the front desk was barely apologetic, claiming the... more

This hotel is off of the freeway, and near a mall. There is a steak place in walking distance, and many in driving distance. The rooms are very cozy. The parking lot is very secure, and the grounds are videotaped. The only drawback is the breakfast. Not that big seclections. more
