A group of friends of I took a weekend trip from Houston to Austin. (4 of us) the suite was big enough to room all 4 of us with no issues. The staff is very friendly. They gave us shuttle services and they were very helpful anytime we needed anything. The breakfast, happy hour, and location of the hotel was... More

The suite was massive in size. I felt like a queen in a suite with a super long hallway entrance, We could have had a large amount of people in the gathering area in the suite itself. The evening happy hour was super.....I recommend the sangria! The made to order breakfast was fantastic, I just wish I had more time... More

We stayed at this property because it's the closest HHonors hotel to the Congress Ave bridge. The location was great -- just a quick walk to the bridge! The room was lovely -- apparently remodeled very recently. And the morning breakfast was not completely insane as often happens at Embassy Suites. I was a bit disappointed, however, by the rest... On a recent trip to Austin I was pleasantly surprised by our stay here. I've been to other Embassy Suites locations and have been less than impressed, but this one was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient if you plan on being downtown and/or have interest in viewing the bats underneath the Congress Ave bridge. Much better... More

If you eat healthy don't factor in their free breakfast. It's full of carbs and fatty foods. The cooks are rude and the pool/spa is no where to relax because it's full of kids all the time. The rooms are nice, simple, and clean. The shuttle service only has one vehicle so prepare to wait. The shuttle drivers are nice.

Spent 3 nights at the Embassy Suites recently. It is a busy place and seems to be popular with families. Some nice features include, every room is a suite, free breakfast cooked to order, daily free managers cocktail reception and free shuttle service within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. The rooms and common areas of the hotel are... More

I called ahead to inform them that I indeed would be a late arrival and found registration was quick and painless. Even though their self-parking next door required a ticket the front desk assured me that my car was fine and that I could place the card in my vehicle the next day, which was a relief with the hour... Even though the they messed up our reservation the manager was very nice and provided all the help he could. We didn't get the joining rooms however the room was still very clean and had enough space for the entire family with the pull out bed. The buffet was not the best but we could find something to eat.

I spent 5 nights, the suites are spacey and comfortable. The breakfast is good, but at busy hours the wait can be long for the freshly cooked eggs and other items (muffins, hot water) can take time to be refilled. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. In the suites at the back you can hear the noise of... More
