Business takes me to Austin five or six times a year. Unless I am attending a conference, the Embassy Suites Central is my first choice. Conveniently located no matter where my meeting will be held. No hassles with parking, and it's self park. A great complimentary cook-to-order breakfast is included. Plus there is oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and more. The evening... More

My husband have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. The quality is really good, check in was a breeze and they made sure we knew about breakfast and the nightly managers reception. Our room was nice, it was clean and everything we needed was there. The breakfast was great every morning, the evening reception was... More

I am a Hilton member. I made my reservations a month ahead. When I checked in, they didnt have a king room ready for me at 2pm so I took the double bed. I had to have them change my sheets as they were dirty with mascara on the pillows and stains on sheets as well. GROSS! The shower had... More

I stayed here over weekend and it was a complete zoo, completly overrun with kids staying for maybe sports camps. Many rooms seemed to have multipe families and the facitity was beyond capacity for all shared services like breakfast. The halls and elevators were completely overrun with kids playing till late at night. If Emabassy suites wants to pack hotels... More

Our family of six (kids ages 10-16) booked two rooms for four nights for the TX state swim meet at UT, getting a great rate through our team. As others have noted, this is not the most updated , romantic, or luxurious hotel, but it is right off of I-35 and a short drive to UT and very family friendly.... More

I was treated with disrespect by staff, young children were left unsupervised in fitness center, pool area, and lobby and nothing was done after being notified. During check in, hotel staff promised assistance, but did not honor that promise. When confronted, it was treated with a shrug of the shoulders and an 'Im so dont know what to tell you'... More

Picked this hotel because I was traveling with teenagers and this gave them their own space. Love that they can eat breakfast and have a snack in the afternoon. Loved the pool area and work out facility. Employees were extremely helpful and friendly.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites in El Paso, San Diego and other cities. Sad to say that I had a bad experience, room was not cleaned on my first night stay, the night clerk did not seem to care. Bummer

If you love breakfast, this place makes great omelette . I got one with everything in it...bacon, sausage, cheese, and veggies. Yum. Also, the happy hour is 5:30-7:00. They make more than rum and coke...the girl with us got an ameritto sour. The staff are nice and friendly. Felt place was safe but would nor venture out to the neighborhoods because... More
