So this was our first big trip out of town with our 6 month old baby. I was very nervous about booking a hotel that would have all the conveniences of home and I hit the jackpot! WHO STAYED HERE - 4 adults and 1 infant WHY WE BOOKED THIS HOTEL - We booked this hotel because a)it was a... more

We stayed at Embassy Suites Hotel (Austin Central) this past July 2 & 3 and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was personable, friendly and professional. And you can really tell that the property has been well maintained; the inside tropical decor is beautiful. The complimentary cook-to-order breakfast was great and the omelette was outstanding. I also got a few... more

We moved our daughter from college apt. in San Marcos to her new apt. in Austin where she is now employed. Picked the worst day to do it though. On Sat. May 16 it rained all day in San Marcos loading everything into a covered u-haul trailer, my avalanche, and her equinox. It had slowed to a light mist when... more

Our stay was for three nights & it was my first experience lodging at an Embassy Suite. Reason for the selection was price, on- line reviews, internet pics, & the offer of shuttle service to & from the airport. The place is really beautiful with excellent service. Our shuttle driver was extremely accomodating (as was all of the hotel staff)... more

Our room was beautiful, breakfast was great. The price was just slightly higher than a regular hotel, but this was a suite with a completely separate room. The breakfast was a full breakfast that would have cost our family of 5 around $40 if we had gone out. That makes this stay an even better deal. more

I stayed at this Embassy Suites from April 10th until April 13th, 2009. We were out all day and returned to the room after 05:00 pm. The room was not made. I called the front desk and they admitted that the room should have been made. I had to call a second time and an hour later, someone showed to... more

Ozone1638, I apologize that we did not meet your expectations during your stay in April. Despite your "Do Not Disturb" sign being placed on your door, we should have responded quicker to your request to clean your room. I do thank you for your comments praising my omelette cook. Please feel free to contact me directly at the hotel if...

A two day stay for a wedding in Austin Texas turned into a real treat. This embassy was very good. One of the older ES but well maintained. Indoor pool and hot tub, with towels for guests to use was very good. Of course the breakfast buffet and manager's reception top notch as always. Bed and pillows were very confortable... more

I have never stayed at an Embassy Suites before but was optimistic after seeing the photos/reviews. We arrived with a number of other soccer teams for a weekend tournament. The lobby is lovely, full of greenery. The room was spacious and so practical for us. Our children had many choices to sleep on the two queen beds or the pullout... more

Cypressmom, Thank you for such a detailed and wonderful response to your stay with our hotel. It is always wonderful to have families here with us who truly appreciate (and need) the additional space that our suite provides. Just to let you know about the "green" color of the hot tub, it is because of the heating of the saline...

Stayed here just for one night on the way into town. It is an older Embassy Suites property but the rooms have been updated and had nice Texas touches. The area is filled with shopping and chain choices for meals. The property and service is everything you expect of an Embassy Suites with the full breakfast. more
