The tropical interior of the hotel was pretty nice. However, this property could really use some renovating of their rooms, well at least the one my friends and I were in. However, the front office staff as well as housekeeping were really courteous. Service was great. More

We took our grandsons to Austin and stayed here one night. The service was great even though they could have been overwhelmed by the sheer number of guests and events happening.
