Matt and the office staff are very helpful. The hotel is clean and very up to date, the staff are always willing to go the extra mile to take care of any need or request. It's a great location, very close to downtown.

I just moved to Austin and was in need of an affordable Hotel. Luckily, I found this Hotel, The rooms are modern and Clean, I have tried other bargain hotels in the area. This location is by far the best. The staff is great.

I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but I was very disappointed with our stay. I was distraught how nothing in our room was clean. It felt so unsanitary and it wasn't even cleaned and prepped for our stay. I advise to stay somewhere else.

The place was OK if you just need a cheap place to sleep for the evening. The rooms were a bit worn and needed some remodeling. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled like an ash tray. Cig burn marks marks on both comforters. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our recent stay in Austin was satisfactory. The hotel was off the west side access road to I-35, just north of the center of Austin. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was no breakfast, and the coffee had grounds in it. The outdoor pool was very nice. The staff was friendly. There were no... More

Checked in went to room sheets stained beds low to floor maybe came up to knee caps stains on the walls killed... More

The staff is great. My room is always ready on time. Checking in and out is quick and easy. The rooms are nice and clean. Management always ask about my stay and if there is anything they can do to make me more comfortable.

This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We would give it zero stars if we could. We are a young, middle class family who have no problem staying in budget lodging but this place fell far outside the boundaries of what we are willing to accept. The lowlights of our stay goes as follows: When... More
