This hotel was about what I expected. During the Formula 1 race everything in Austin was way overpriced. We were able to get this one for $90 a night so I knew it wouldn't be great. The guy at the front desk was friendly and very friendly for eating locations. The beds were clean, the rooms were small and the... More

Price gouging - normally a $59 room was almost 4 times that since this owner jumped on the bandwagon with all the other hotels in Austin for the Grand Prix race that was in town. Nice hotels were going for $600, so we took a chance on this one. Room was outdated and musty smelling. No breakfast.....at 8:30, they were... More

Face it, this is NOT a luxury hotel. However, if you need a safe, reliable place to stay with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, free breakfast, free parking, free local calls, and free internet access and you don't mind "adequate," this is quite a gem. Hotels in Austin are very expensive, this one is very reliable (I've stayed here several... More

Think it's am older hotel but had been remodeled. Great beds and located near eating places. Was a quick trip and short 1 night stay but would return if in the area. Beds were great, rooms are on the smaller side but still enough room for sorry stays.

It is a decent place to stay at for the price, especially when it is a quick drive to Downtown Austin. The staff was reasonably attentive and I didn't encounter any problems with them. In fact on our second night our cards couldn't be used and the lady handled our issue promptly and politely. The room is well furnished- hairdryer,... More

Although I did not stay in this hotel I did try to reserve a room for someone else. I logged into Priceline and reserved the room (my credit card was charged the full amount), when the person that I booked the room for attempted to check in they were told that they would need to give a credit card for... The room was fine, no problem. The front desk were not pleasant or smiling, The lady talked SO fast i had to ask her twice what she was saying. I understand that they have a standard speech that have to say to each quest, but SLOW DOWN. Checking in or out. Was actually ignored when checking out simply because I... More
