I chose the hotel for it's proximity to the downtown Hilton where our friend's wedding reception was being held. This B&B is perfect for visits to UT or to take in a concert or a game. The courtyard is very relaxing and perfect to read a book or catch up with the family. While the rooms are nice at the Pearl Street Inn, the service is non-existent. The breakfast in the morning was a make your own continental affair. My wife and I were very disappointed. I would look elsewhere for a real B&B experience more
