I proposed to my fiance at this bed and breakfast earlier this month and they could not have made it a better experience for us!!! They first went out their way to help me get the room we had stayed in 8 years prior with three days notice, then they help me set up for the proposal, and then the... More

Recently I had a conference in Austin and decided to try the Megabus from Houston to Austin. (Good experience for all you Houstonians out there). Anyway, I wanted a hotel within walking distance. While researching, I discovered Austin's Inn at Pearl Street. I made my reservation very easily on their website. Upon arriving in Austin, I walked to the Inn.... More

Very nice early 1900's B&B, well kept! Only stayed one night in the "Gothic Suite" but it was a good one! Very nice bath, jacuzzi tub with shower! Convenient DVD movies, ice/water/coffee right outside the door. A nice sitting room adjacent to BR with desk for ipad use, our private balcony overlooking the beautiful, landscaped courtyard adjacent to that! Jessica,... More

My husband and I stayed in the Safari Room on 4th of July weekend. Our stay could not have been better. The room was even better than it looked on the website! The room, bathroom and balcony were all so spacious. Jessica provided amazing hospitality and showed genuine concern for our comfort and well being. The continental breakfast each morning... More

This was my first experience in Austin and was my first time staying at the Inn...it will definitely not be my last. First off...Amazing comes to mind. There are antique- like items, sculptures, paintings...EVERYwhere and they all have a unique look. All of these things together combine to create a perfect flow of harmony. Exquisite Harmony. My first night there... More

My husband and I honeymooned here in 2005 and loved our stay. We've been back several times since then to try the differently themed rooms. The Inn has a quiet, romantic atmosphere complete with 'ruins' and fountains surrounded by large, ancient trees. Our rooms are always impeccably clean, and the breakfast has a wide variety of food. This is definitely... More

I loved this quirky, beautiful place to stay. It's a great location in Austin and the good folks here have created a welcoming environment. Nice breakfast and my bed was perfect--best night of sleep I've had in a good while.

I ended up finding this hotel in a bit of an emergency upon arriving in Austin on business. Spooky and weird are two of the best terms I can use to describe this place. But let me be more specific. The owner of the hotel clearly is "not that into" having guests and she displays this upon arrival--she's just a... More
