I stayed at Austin's Inn at Pearl Street during a very quick business trip to Austin a few weeks ago. I was only supposed to be in Austin for 17 hours, and wasn't sure I would get to enjoy the city, but Pepper, the hostess at the Inn, changed that! She not only accommodated me with a late check-in at... More

Always consistent. I've stayed there many times and I'm never disappointed in the room or the service. Friendly staff and easy access to UT campus. Parking is easy and convenient. Interesting environment as the rooms all have themes related to decor.

We had a great stay! Loved the various themed rooms, quaint setting, great parking, good location! Thanks for everything and hope to see you soon! P.s. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Good location, though you'll need a ride to get downtown and Sixth St. Our room was charming, if a bit over the top on the antiques. Our bed was pretty but too soft and noisy. Likewise, the chairs were attractive but uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK but I expected better from a boutique style hotel. The staff was very responsive and... More

In town for a conference meeting, my wife and I decided to take advantage of a Living Social deal and stay in this beautiful bed and breakfast instead of a usual hotel. The staff was fabulous and even upgraded us to a larger, quieter room with a balcony. They offered a tasty welcome brew and a great recommendation for dinner.... More

My daughter and I stayed here for one night 3 nights ago. Other than some issues with emails not having been read before we arrived, once we got to this B&B we had a delightful stay. There were only 2 problems: our room was a little warm, and my daughter was upset because the DVD case for "My Big Fat... More

We brought our 9 year old son and reserved the Gothic Suite. We were surprised to find a day bed in a separate sitting room which my son thought was a fantastic sanctuary. We had a lovely private patio on the 2nd story of the house. The temperature was just right in the room during a hot and humid weekend... More

I was looking for an escape from hotel chains, and I wasn't disappointed. A delightful and beautifully restored late 19th century building with a small number of rooms tastefully styled. Warm and visually pleasing.

I was having my condo totally remodeled......a special sanctuary to unwind was critical......I have a love for an almost campus like setting hotel...with multiple architectually historic homes, comfortable decks and chairs, nature all around me, esquisite sculptures, fountains and garden art pieces that add to outside reflective thought, huge beautiful trees with the sounds of rustling leaves. mourning doves cooing,... Owner Jill could not have been nicer. She recommended a wonderful restaurant that we enjoyed immensely. Room was quiet and comfortable. Location was convenient to the University and downtown. The airport was only a half hours drive.
