I liked this hotel. Staff was very warm. The room was nice. The amenities were great. The only complaint I had was that my shower's water pressure was so low that I probably used more water trying to rinse out the shampoo & conditioner than I would have with decent pressure! more

The room was quite large with fridge & microwave. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from, (soft/ medium/ firm). Pull-out Sofa bed was OK. Stayed here for two nights while attending the Big 12 Football Championship game in San Antonio. It was worth the drive. The most comfortable beds I've slept in. The room was large (handicapped) and very clean. It is situated right next to the airport, but you would never know it. There is NO airport sound inside the hotel...none at all.... more

Best Courtyard I've ever stayed at--nicer than many 4*'s. The staff, from reception to concierge to room maid were so wonderfully gracious, caring, and genuine. We stayed for one night after a late arrival. We found the rooms clean and nice. There were several teenagers staying in the hotel that night, as there was a big track event at the college the next day, but we never heard any noises all night, which was great. This is a new hotel close to the airport in Austin. It's hard to notice from 71 (Ben White), but it's behind a Waffle House. The front desk is always friendly and willing to help with directions, restaurant suggestions, etc. We haven't tried the breakfast because it was never open early enough (we always have to leave around 6:30-7:00 a.m.).... more

Hotel staff were all accommodating and friendly when we checked in/out to the service we received during breakfast. The hotel itself was still new when we stayed.
