My husband accompanied me to my annual professional meeting being held at the Convention Center, and we decided to stay at here instead of the conference hotel. The hotel made this an excellent decision. The location is right across from the Convention Center and within easy walking distance of really good restaurants, sights and night life. It's also near the... More

Right near the Convention Center & next door to a Marriott Courtyard. Valet parking is $33 / day, and self park is $27 - for $6, I chose valet. They were quick to retrieve the car. Staff was very pleasant. There's a restaurant / bar in the connected Courtyard. Good place for drinks at night (lots of TVs) and also... More

I was booked at the Residence Inn, but due to them being over booked, they transferred me to the Courtyard side. Great thing about this stop is they are in the same building (one tower is the Courtyard & the other is the Residence Inn). With my stay I had a great free breakfast, each morning at Champions. Internet was... More

My only complaint was that we stayed in a 2 bedroom and the second room was very small. The location was perfect and the free breakfast was excellent. I would however suggest that they should have more people at the front desk, belman and valets. The staff there was very good and it looked like they could use some help.

I stayed at this Residence Inn for six nights while at a conference in Austin. Our one-bedroom room was excellent – clean, full kitchen, strong wireless – and I would definitely stay there again. But I was completely blown away by the excellent service that myself and my colleagues experienced there. First, upon check-in I realized that the studio that... More

We booked several rooms with the Residence Inn Downtown for a long weekend in May. We arrived at the hotel around 10am which is well before the normal check-in time. The front desk was very accommodating and took down my information, so that we could walk around the city while our rooms were being taken care of. While we were... More

We were in Austin for a bachelor party and this hotel get top marks for location. The hotel is on 4th street and is a very easy walk to sixth street bars and fourth street bars. West Sixth bars are close to a mile away. The hotel was kept in good condition but the rooms were not attended to. Our... More

I have to agree with prior reviews, where the location downtown was perfect. You could walk to nice restaurants and you are only a few minutes from the airport as well. As for the service, everyone was so nice and accommodating as well. My meetings were at the Marriott and the team there helped us with everything from snacks to... More

Stayed here 2 nights on business. Great location. It's a connected Residence and Courtyard, so the layout is a bit unusual, but not a problem. It's expensive for the room and parking, but average for this area of Austin, just more than one would normally pay for Residence/Courtyard. Staff were helpful, but I really had no concerns, so no worries.... More

We spent three nights in Austin on a first visit and wanted to be within walking distance of all major attractions since we were not renting a car. This hotel fit the bill. Unfortunately, our room the first night had an old and uncomfortable bed. The next morning the staff was happy to move us to another room with a... More
