Very nice hotel, centrally located adjacent to the convention center and 2 blocks from 6th Street restaurants and entertainment. However, you pay the price for convenience and it is not cheap. More

Stayed here for one night (Thursday 17th May) as was over in USA (from England) for friend's wedding. Rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. Hotel was a bit full but it was graduation time! Not the hotel's fault but I would've thought that parking would have been included in the price. I mean, $19 for "self-parking" for one night! Then... More

Stayed here for a Conference and was a wonderful stay! The hotel staff are very helpful! The onsite fedex store went out of there way to help me mail some BBQ sauce back home (didn't want to check any luggage!) More

I stayed here April 2012. This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting downtown Austin. Everything is within walking distance. However, if the room wasn't free with points given to me by a friend I may have picked elsewhere! The rooms are expensive and there is no microwave or mini fridge. I can get a larger room... More

I don't have terribly high standards for hotels...a comfortable bed, a clean room, and peace and quiet, and there's three stars right there. The Hilton struck out on two out of three of these: the beds were rather stiff and uncomfortable, and the guests at the hotel really loud and management seemed to care little. We were woken by three... More

Arrived at the hotel and everything seemed fine. The staff was courteous and welcoming, however as the weekend progressed things started coming up. We visited during a busy weekend, which might explain our problems. First off one night, the staff would not let me go up to my room since I did not have a key. I asked for a... More

The hotel itself is OK and housekeeping does a good job. A few issues, the bartenders need to learn eye contact. You pretty much have to jump up and down to get their (the one guy with a beard) attention. The internet is as slow as dial up. If you plan to do any business just forget it...really really slow.... Stayed here for a weekend in early May. Beautiful lobby, clean rooms. Only issue was that elevators could take a while going up and down. Kind of annoying when you are on the 25th floor. Other than that nothing really to complain about or rave about. Hotel is in a great location to Sixth street. More

Stayed here for the first time in Austin. I was on business and this was the headquarter hotel. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable....Location is terrific as everything is just a short walk away....only negative I have is that there is a fee for internet which is so wrong in this day and age.....and the retail shop at... Stayed here recently for a conference. The lobby area is very nice. At check in my colleague and I learned that the only king beds still available were handicap accessible. While this didn't bother me, she chose to go to a queen room and then move the next day so that she could have a bathtub. For doing this they... More
