We greatly appreciated all the trees on the property which afforded shade and a very pretty setting for the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. They pillows and bed were one of the most comfortable we have slept on in a hotel. We would be very happy to stay there again.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times for work and I've had good experiences here. Front desk staff is friendly and the lobby and restaurant area are always clean. It's in a great location for a quick run to many nearby restaurants and the Arboretum outside mall. Hotel rooms are slightly dated and the one I was in recently... More

Great facility with close, easy access to the freeway, dining and entertain. Yet, located in a quiet, serene, tree lined area. Easy access to downtown Austin. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Austin.

Stayed here on Saturday Night, and I was impressed. Greeted by friendly staff at check in(forgot her name) and was in my room in no time at all. I normally like a room on a higher floor, but since i only stayed one night, I chose the first floor. Now the room had a king size bed, Keurig coffee machine,... More

The restaurant service for breakfast was sub standard. They had good food at the buffet and hot breakfast.. but the staff were inexperienced and often quite loud asking "you want coffee from a distance" no smile, in-courteous and not clearly explaining the services and price. The ambience and the food was great.. but service as explained makes a lot of... More

I would stay here again. The location was great--near good restaurants (La Madeleine), shopping, freeway access, and the Mopac. Everything was perfectly clean, even the clock radio and lamps and behind the tv had been dusted. The breakfast was cooked-to-order with abundant fresh strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon. They even had egg-beaters and they made them exactly as I... More

This Hilton is good in all other respects except that the rooms have individual air con units that are VERY loud and noisy when the start up. Some people have no issue with it, I find it wakes me up every time it starts up

I stayed here last week for two nights. The first room I was given was terrible. Two of the pillow cases were dirty, one pillow case had the beginnings of a hole, the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed, the soap did was dirty with soap residue and hair, and when I tried to call the front desk, neither in... I am a Hilton Honors patron. This is the first time that I haven't felt welcomed as a loyal customer. Maybe it was because I was a late, late arrival, however, the standard that I am used to was not met. The cost of the room most of the time is offset by the complimentary breakfast. No complimentary breakfast here.... More

I'm terribly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our hotel. It was not typical, and I can assure you that your next stay at our hotel will be an enjoyable one. Our beds are completely adjustable, so if the firmness was not to your liking you can easily adjust it at the edge of the bed. We'll make... More

I've been an HH member for decades and stayed in this hotel several times at holidays. It has obviously gotten new owners since our last stay. Room smelled like cat urine. Really disgusting. Smoking room would have been better, but I'm not sure smoking is allowed in the Republic of Austin any longer. Breakfast was "buffet" except for the lady... More
