This is the second stay I have had at this hotel and I have to say I was a little disappointed. The hotel is easy to access off of I-35 but there is a Courtyard Marriott right next door. And now there is another Marriot chain hotel being built right next to it. So I imagine that during the week... more

Pricelined this room at the last minute and was very happy with the hotel and rate. Our room was very clean with no air freshener/cleaner odors. It was very quiet too. They have a free breakfast that I was impressed with. They have waffle makers that make Texas shaped waffles. They also had lots of fresh fruit and a cool... more

Yes, it is a fairly new hotel, and yes the rooms are small. But how long are you going to be in the room? In the space that is used much is gotten out of it, in my opinion. It was very comfortable. Had no problems. Check in was very quick. Staff was very friendly and professional. One complaint: Why... more

This is the second time we stayed here and its just as good as the first time. Our room was very clean, the bed is comfortable, and everything worked great.. my sister stayed at the same hotel with us,in her own room and she felt the same way as me. a hotel or motel has to pass a "curtain test... more

A very average hotel. I've stayed at much nicer Springhill Suites locations across the country. The front desk area and breakfast room were very nice and the front desk staff very friendly. The hallways were in good shape and well maintained. The room was just fair. The room wasn't as clean as expected from a Marriott owned establishment. The bathroom... more

Stayed on a business trips. Very clean, simple suites. Large comfortable room. Try to stay away from the elevator, the room next to the elevator had some noise. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Close to offices/industrial parks. Will stay here again. more

We stopped here for one night as we were traveling through town. I thought it would be nicer than it actually was. The hotel is located right next door to another Marriott property. We chose this one because it had an indoor pool vs. outdoor pool next door. We also thought we'd have more room with the suites here. The... more

- Wow did I have a miserable stay for 4 nights - Biggest issue is that the contruction of this hotel is terrible particularly for ventilation even though it looks new (last 5 years). And all the Springhill Suites appear to have same construction - Long, narrow rooms with only an A/C unit under the window on far end of... more

This hotel is a solid, clean, and well maintained hotel in northern Austin. Located very close to one of the Dell offices. The morning breakfast is great and all staff have a great attittude to service. I'd stay here again. more

This hotel is fairly new and offers comfortable beds and great front desk service. Good spot for business travel. You get a good size room with a fridge and microwave. It's close to shopping and restaurants - so makes it easy for an extended stay. more
