I stayed one night for a short business trip - most hotels in town were booked, this was close and convenient to my workplace. The clientele didn't seem to be the best - marijuana smoke smell in the hallway leading to my room, someone lurking on the stairs when I returned to my room after dinner. Couldn't get to sleep... more

I've stayed here about 4 times now and I think it's one of the best extended stay hotels in Austin. The staff is very courteous, the room is always extremely clean, I love that there is a kitchen with a full-size refridgerator, and it's very quiet even though there are about 3 different major roads that intersect there. more

This was my second stay here (the previous was a year ago). I stay here because it's just off Hwy 290 West and is the closest decent motel to Dripping Springs where I attend the Legends of Texas Swing Festival.
