We found the property easily. Was greeted by a friendly person. Room was clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioner smelled of urine when it was turned on. You have to wonder if people use these in the night for the wrong purpose... Woke up to find no hot water. Tried to call the desk and the phone wasn't working. Walked down... more

This is seriously the worst place in all of austin to stay. When we pulled up to the motel there was a huge barbed wire fence and a security guard at the entrance. Also we noticed there seemed to be hookers and drug dealers in the parking lot. Also in the parking lot was a lot of broken car glass.... more

-I booked 2 rooms for south by southwest and I could not believe how bad the motel was. There was transients hanging around,drugs, and prostitues. Our kids couldnt even swim in the pool because people were in it that did not even stay in the motel.We talked to a customer that was leaving because he could not get any sleep... more
