Evidently, this hotel is in a high crime area and has been hit frequently by burglars targeting vehicles. Coupled with the lack of security measures (no cameras, open access, and no exterior checks by hotel staff) made the parking lot a buffet for the thieves during our stay. We stayed at the residence inn the weekend of July 15th. The hotel is a typical Marriott property. Got a very good AAA rate for the 2 bedroom suite. Everytime I stayed there I found the beds to be rock hard. I have also been disturbed by the freeway noise but I'm sure if they put you the other side of the hotel, it would not be a problem.
