Wes..Robert..Danielle, was wonderful. Customer Service was the best. If u don't want any smells ask for the 1st floor. No pets on this floor. But was no smells at all. Suite is clean. HAD MY BIRTHDAY THERE! YEAH.. It was a comfortable stay. Quiet suite. Nice rooms Plus..60 minutes free long distance in usa, every week. Long distance if you... more

Customer service at Crestwood Suites is not anything like it was four years ago, with the exception of a desk clerk named Wes. He went out of his way to be of service. Management listed on the business cards at the front desk should take lessons from this fellow. more

Although this hotel may not have the amenities and luxury of 3- and 4- star hotels, I must say customer service clerks at the front desk were more friendly and helpful in assisting my needs than those of the more upscale hotels. Wes was very helpful in staying on the phone and giving me specific directions on how to reachthe... more

Fairly standard low-end suite hotel. Clean and perfectly acceptable for the $25 I bid on Priceline. WiFi was fairly slow (0.2 MBps). more

First off I'll say this is a 1 star hotel if that, all sites that say otherwise are lying. The hallway was dark, hot and stank and this was on the first floor near the lobby. I hate to think what horrors lurk on the upper floors. I opened my room and was greeted with an awful odor that could... more

To be generous, Austin and many cities are facing an onslaught of bedbugs. Even fancy hotels get bedbugs, because they are brought in by travelers and make themselves at home. I found a bedbug and told the management and was transferred to another room. The rooms are plain and a little dirty, but they are cheap, and have a stove... more

The room was really disgusting. There were food finger prints all over everything. I mean I figured it would be kinda dirty since it was cheap but I was so sceeved out by the human filth all over everything. I was glad we brought our own blanket and pillows atleast. PACK YOUR OWN SHEETS, CLOROXX WIPES, ROOM SPRAY, AND SHOWER... more

We had the misfortune of staying at this hotel. Don't make the same mistake. The room looked very dated and cheaply decorated, but clean. We had booked through Hotwire which you don't get to know your hotel till you book. After reading the reviews I called Hotwire and said I didn't want to stay in a hotel that had bad... more

The counters and floor were sticky. One of the wall pictures was missing. No big deal, but the bracket was there but no picture..windows were extremely dirty, the smudge marks were very obvious so I changed rooms. Making my bed in the morning I saw small blood streaks all over my sheets. I checked myself to make sure I wasn’t... more

The location of this hotel is great. The service is mediocre. Not bad, but not great either.Other than that, everything else is terrible. 1.The toilet had pubic hairs on it as well as stains. 2. The sheets and pillows were not only crumpled, but smelled of body odors as well as stained. 3. Same with the curtains and the beat... more
