Good value for the money, staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and spacious. Picnic table out back is a nice place to relax and have a cool drink. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Great locations for S. Congress St. and all the attractions.

While the room and furnishings were satisfactory, the noise from other guests made the say very dissapointing. The Extended Stay gives you great value for your money. The suites are spacious and clean, the hotel itself recently refurbished, wifi is free. The biggest plus however is the location - just a short walk to the lake and downtown and several bus stops at the nearby intersection. I'll definitely come again.

Will be back after great stay. Clean, convenient large rooms. Walking distance to so many attractions. Center of it all. The staff was helpful on all things and it was a great stay. This beats the other overpriced near-by competitors by a long shot.
