Stayed there over long July 4th weekend. First the pull thru spots were more than long enough to accommodate our 40' RV and F 250 and we could have fit another vehicle, but people were parking in the street. It was VERY difficult to get into the park pulling our trailer. No one around to even move their vehicles from... More

This is a top notch RV resort with wide spaces, swimming pool, putting green, and a number of pull through spaces. It has a lot of amenities, and is not inexpensive. In this case you get what you pay for. We will be back. Call ahead, they stay busy.

Friendly staff and nicely decorated at the entrance area. Location was off the beaten path but easy enough to get to. Price was okay for full hookup where the electrical pedestal needed cleaned out from spiders and wasp. Although the pull throughs are really long and fairly level ours faced an RV storage lot and exposed trash containers. Pet friendly... More

We planned a family reunion here. We had 2 cabins and an RV site. My husband and I stayed here last year. We saw the cabins and thought they were nice. Well the ones we looked at last year were but the one we stayed in, Frio, was a dive. The bathtub would not drain properly the first week. We... More

After staying in Port Aransas, we wanted to stop in Austin to break our trip up to home in North Texas. We called the morning of & found a spot even though SXSW & the Rodeo was going on. The reviews were good and we got lucky. It's a beautiful place. Wish we could stay longer. We'll definitely be back.... More

This is a great RV Park close to Austin sights. Sites are gravel but long/spacious and ours was level, roads are asphalt and easy to navigate, large laundry facility, clean shower/rest rooms but wish there were a few more, huge fenced leash free dog park, play area for the kids, clean pool, free morning coffee and friendly staff. This place... More

This is a good park for the following reasons; Great Staff, long sites, decent space between sites, great cable TV and some open spaces. New park with in the last five years. Always remembering that it is their business and they can do what they want, here are the two BIG drawbacks. To say the Wifi is horrible is and... More

We stayed here in a motorhome. Very nice resort. Beautiful building design and landscaping, lots of trees. It's unfortunate the drought (third year now?!) dried up their pond. I was looking forward to having a view. As it stands, though, the park is still very nice. We were here off-season, so it wasn't very crowded. Check-in was fairly easy. We... More

We rented El comal cottage for a month. We recently relocated to Austin, we have kids and did not want to be stuck in a regular hotel room. La hacienda was great, the cottage has everything we needed linens, towels, pots & pan, coffee maker, toaster. The ladies in the office were absolutely amazing, since it is a Rv park... More

We stayed for four nights and three days and overall had a great experience. I had read a few reviews prior to making our reservation and was a bit concerned but in the end we did not have any problems. The resort is broken up into different sections I would recommend staying in section C if you are going to... More
