This hotel is near the freeway but a little out of the way, so it's quieter than usual. The outside appearance wasn't promising, but the service was good and the room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. I got a good night's sleep. The staff made us feel like we were at home. They treated us with absolute respect and kindness. They went out of their way to help make our visit more convenient and enjoyable. The staff, especially Crissy, was very helpful and extremely friendly. I was there as part of a group for a meeting. Crissy and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a small issue with my shower curtain rod, which was addressed immediately. more

My family loved our stay here. I have handicapped requirements and the Hotel took very good care of me. We will always stay here any time we are in Austin, TX. And.....we will attempt to book stays in Comfort suites in the future. more

Our room had ants in and near the coffee maker and in the bathroom, and the toilet barely flushed after 2-3 flushes.
