This property is convenient to all areas of Austin. A little close to the I35 corridor but I did not find the traffic to cause any noise issues. there are no resturants inthe immediate area. I spent a night here in Sept. The staff was great at making recommendations and the hotel has a shuttle to take you to restaurants and shopping within 5 miles. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My bed was hard and I would have liked a refrigerator in my room. They have the usual Marriott restaurant downstairs. Fruit was very fresh.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Courtyard. The lobby and rooms have been recently renovated and are comfortable. The staff was very friendly and it is conveniently located near several places to eat (although you'll probably need a car to get there). I would stay hear again the next time I'm in Austin.
