very good employees. fitness room very small for such a large hotel. current construction on roads difficult to get around. loved the parking garage. plenty of room in garage. for the price you have to consider it's pretty much downtown Austin. But I love Austin

The hotel was exceptional in every way. The staff receives the bigger praise. Always friendly and very accommodating. Hotel was impeccably clean and modern. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for any stay in Austin.

I stay here at least 4 times a year while visiting my son at UT. A great central location. The rooms are large, clean and upscale. The restaurants and coffee shop have great food. The staff is very friendly, flexible and helpful. Easy walk to the Blanton Art Museum, the Texas History Museum, State Capitol and anything on or near... More

Booked this hotel from Priceline's Express Deals and got a great rate as all the decent hotels in the downtown area were $180+ for the weekend I went to Austin. Location is ideal if you're there to visit the University of Texas as it is right on the edge of campus but it's definitely not walking distance to the downtown... More

We chose this hotel as we were checking out UT Austin for our kid. Location is excellent for that, as you can walk to most parts of campus within 10-15 minutes. Hotel is upscale and has a nice ambience when you walk in to the lobby. Couple of restaurants on the lower level -- we tried Gabriel's Cafe for light... More

Perfect if you're visiting U of Texas for anything as you're imbedded in the campus and have a reasonable walk to everything UT. Not so good if you're wanting to be downtown where the best restaurants, bars, and general fun are located as its about a mile walk. So, plan on cabbing it and by all means use Uber vs.... More

I made my reservation at the conference center over two months before a conference. The timing of the event changed, so I ended up coming a day later, but I didn't remember that I had made the reservation for the original date. My fault, I understand, and I was charged for the missed night. But it seems like an automated... More

Never did a tripadvisor review before, but this hotel stay motivated me to share. I booked 2 rooms here for a 2-night reunion with friends for a total of $1,238. We did it through prepaid “Priceline Express Deals”. Also, it let us select which bed setup we wanted, so we paid the premium price for 2 queens (see attached picture... More

Everything was top notch and the service was the definition of "Texas Hospitality". The meeting venues were perfect, even the audio and video were a mark above most conference venues. The rooms were tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly. We did not encounter a single staff member that rubbed us the wrong way. They all... More
