I was attending a week-long event at the Renaissance hotel nearby, but could not get into that hotel, so I booked my stay at the Hyatt House. I was not expecting much from an extended-stay facility, but what a nice surprise. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Thank you, Ivan! I had a very nice room with a living... More

Spendy, but I had accumulated points to stay here for a little nothing. Enjoy the breakfast and coffee--get up early (7 am) to eat before the kids get there. Didn't understand why they didn't have the Longhorn Network. I was there for an event and wanted to enjoy watching some of it from the comfort of my room. You can't... More

We've had a lovely stay. The only constructive criticism that I'd provide is that the bathroom shower is a little funny - the shower curtain hangs outside the shower edge, so the water drips off and pools around the toilet on the bathroom floor. We had to use the luggage rack and rig it so that the shower curtain sloped... More

Thank you for taking time to review our hotel on Trip Advisor. I was glad to see that you enjoyed your stay and appreciate the feedback regarding the shower curtains. The shower curtains are going to be replaced with glass shower sliding doors in the near future. I will most certainly pass along the positive comments to Angel. Thank you... More

We really enjoy coming to this place a couple of times a year. Location is perfect; out of the city, lots of shopping & dining options nearby. If we go into the city, it's just a few minutes' drive. Service at hotel is exceptional. Very clean, recently remodeled. Very, very nice.

I was in town for SxSW and my hotel options was limited, but I've stayed at hyatt houses before and they are always very nice. This one was very comfortable and right near the highway so you were close to everything. Lot of restaurants near by, a mall and even Dave and Busters if you are into games. Very cool... More

This was our first visit to a Hyatt House and our first impression was favorable. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The rooms although small were very comfortable. We liked the idea of a sitting room with the bed tucked into a small separate room. This allowed me to stay up late and watch TV... More

Thank you for taking time to review our hotel on Trip Advisor. I sincerely appreciate your feedback as it will help us continue to move forward. In the month of April we will begin soundproofing our windows in our third building C which will make the rooms extremely quiet to the noise from the highway. We look forward to your... More

Stayed for one night during Texas spring break just before SXSW. Traveling with our young children. Staff is excellent and extremely customer service oriented. Original assigned room was next to elevator and we were able to switch rooms without any issues. Stayed at a newly renovated room in building B and it was great. 2 beds with sofa and extra... More

This property is designed for business travel, with a larger closet and kitchenette, I could see staying here for weeks if needed. It’s a good location if you have a car or rental with plenty of free parking and located north of Austin in the arboretum area, wedged between 183 and Mopac just off of 360. The room was clean... Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel on Trip Advisor. I certainly understand your concern and can tell you we are currently going through a 3.8 million dollar renovation and are happy to say that we have added a bar and a brand new lobby as well. We can only hope that you give us another chance... More
