This a a great hotel, THe folks they have working there are incredible, Probably the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at worldwide. Jason, Ryan, Ofelia, and Tina are terrific and I'm sure there are others. I have to believe they have a phenomenal hiring policy. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast and happy hour are great, too. I miss a hot... More

Hotel in need of many obvious repairs. It has terrible layout where there are many rooms with the only window in the room actually faces into the hotel center itself. Imagine opening your only curtain to see folks walking around the hallways. Guest services did not seem to offer Hilton hospitality, where my request for a room change when one... More

Reserving my room for the conference was a challenge. Took me almost an hour to stay one day extra with the conference rate. But I finally got it after I agreed to a slight upgrade. But the view was worth it. The desk staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is centrally located.

The rooms were fine, but the bathroom was crowded. I didn't really feel comfortable after dark walking down to the end of the street where the hotel was located. The night I was there was apparently a big party night. The lobby was filled with loud people. However, my room was up several floors and it was not loud. The... More

This is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out service was very smooth and fast. The location is within walking distance from several restaurants and the night life.

My stay was very comfortable. The only hiccup was that I got stuck in the elevator. The staff was very courteous and got a group of us out of the elevator within 25 minutes. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of good food and entertainment.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. I've spent $120 per night at Best Westerns and Holiday Inn with trendier rooms and bigger bathrooms. The breakfast here however is much better than most anywhere I've been. Loved how much stuff was available in the little shop. The infused water is a FANTASTIC touch and great perk for guests. Really loved the... More

This is a nice hotel in downtown Austin with many restaurants, bars, entertainment, within walking distance. My King room was spacious and equipped with microwave, refrigerator and keurig coffee maker. I was here for a business conference and would definitely recommend this hotel for a business conference. Of note, with many people trying to get on elevators, the wait was... More

This hotel rocks! I enjoyed the jacuzzi room overlooking downtown Austin. It was such a wonderful room. A separate living room and bedroom with two bathrooms was very nice. Excellent location near all the main areas of downtown festivities! The pool was fun too! Swimming in December in a heated pool was a real plus! Excellent service at this Hotel.... More

This was a one night business trip stay, and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was super friendly, the location was perfect and the restaurant was magnificent. The location was perfect walking distance to local bars and restaurants. The view from the restaurant was very nice because you got a nice city view. Being that my trip was in... More
