“Fantastic Service”

Everyone on staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Beds are wonderful with great linens and 3 pillows per bed. Very clean rooms and bathroom. In-house restaurant has a decent menu and the food was good!

Friendly staff upon arrival and departure. Excellent breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient to restaurants and entertainment, the capitol building and University of Texas.

Stayed for one night. I had an atrium room, where the window faced the internal atrium, so it was dark with very little natural light. “Poor housekeeping staff”

Failure to replenish towels after they removed them from the room. Failure to keep messes in the halway picked up. Loud party in a common, open air, internal area of the hotel went on unabated until 1:00 am.

Amazing beautiful hotel with great location. I would recommend the upgraded room as it adds a bit more privacy and less hallway noise.
