I do not think I have ever given a hotel a 2 rating. The only reason I am giving it a 2 and not a 1 is because it is clean. The room looks like something from the 80's and there is a slight oder. I was afraid to walk bare feet on the carpet. I am in room 711... More

The night manager Dwight was excellent and very helpful! We had a problem with the reservation, Expedia did not finalized the operation. Dwight was very nice and got us a room even Cheaper than expedia. We would come here again! The customer service was excellent!

I show up to the hotel late, and pretty tired. I was greeted with top of the line, costumer service. The gentleman's name is Dwight, and he checked us in with no problems! He new what he was doing, and was able to get us to our room quick. We enjoyed our stay, and the kind people up front!

Rooms not clean, beds are terrible (my back is killing me) carpet stained and smells. Front desk personal was very nice and helpful but I feel for them having to work in a place like this. No complimentary breakfast as most places have. Not happy

This is a terrible courtyard. Tiles broken out in ceiling. The rooms appeared not cleaned. Currently no Bistro. They still have buffet breakfast but no servers around. They hide in kitchen. Had to wait some time before getting check. No bill under door. Must ask for a copy.

I think remodeling is scheduled already which is good, rooms were old, Bathroom very small. No room around the sink area to put anything. Also, there were several long hairs stuck to bathroom tile which were very obvious. And a couple pieces of plastic on the floor. Towels were the thin scratchy kind - whereas some Courtyards have nice soft... More

I had an air conditioning issue, that was taken care of promptly! El Salvador (the manager), made sure I was taken care of also! We came back for another stay, and went great! Awsome customer service, and I definitely recommend this hotel as great place to stay!

My family and I stayed at this hotel on Saturday July 19, 2014. The hotel location is not in a good part of town from a safety aspect. Upon arriving it took almost 20 minutes to check in and my credit card was charged twice for a deposit for ancillary items, which still has not been refunded although we charged... More

This hotel is conveniently located and very easy to find near 2222 and I-35. It is minutes away from Downtown and the UT campus. Sadly, it seems that they are counting down the time for their remodel. The rooms and common areas were clean. The room was a decent size. However, there was not closet, just a big wooded cabinet... After reading other reviews about this hotel desperately needing renovations, my wife and decided to go ahead and stay thinking reviews were exaggerated. After all, we have stayed at other Courtyards before and were extremely satisfied. Unfortunately, we should have listened to the reviews and spent the few extra dollars to go elsewhere. The room size was adequate, but lighting... More
