We stayed at this hotel during the State track meet. The hotel was at capacity but it did not appear crowded and wasn't noisy at all. It is a very nice and clean facility. We had one problem. We arrived back to the hotel around 11:30 at night and found that our room had been overlooked during the daily housekeeping... More

Stayed here one night on business. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and large. Area is easy to get to via 45 and 1 toll roads which keeps you OUT of the major traffic in Austin. Breakfast is not free but is very tasty. They "proudly serve STARBUCKS" coffee. Free WiFi and parking. Would definitely recommend... More

I had the opportunity to stay at the Courtyard in Austin last week on business. Overall I was very impressed with the facility and its staff. The room was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The small café in the lobby which I believe was called the Bistro was very accommodating and also served Starbucks coffee. In the... More

The stay got off to a rocky start as the first room I was given was close to the elevator. The second room was right next to the elevator. Having to go back to the front desk another time only to discover that these were my options was very disappointing. I eventually chose to stay in the first room I... More

Stayed three nights and we were very satisfied. The front desk personnel were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is a bit dated but were told it will be renovated this summer. The bed and pillows were very comfy and made for a nice restful stay. It was very quiet which is great, as my husband is a lite... More

We stayed one night, and the room was both comfortable and convenient to a large shopping mall. Courtyard had improved the breakfast offering, and my hot oatmeal was very high quality. I give the hotel 4 stars, but I give our host Lance 5 stars - he warmly welcomed us and proved to be very knowledgeable about the surrounding area... More

I in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was very comfy and we'll equipped. The staff on check in seemed q bit new and did not have a practised patter for customers. Parking counts be a bit of a problem at night when coming back to the hotel. There is a whole foods store just across the road so... More

Close to many businesses in the area. Hotel was good, starbucks in the lobby, target down the street and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Easy access to main roads. Hotel prices are higher during the week for business travelers.

Was there this past week. This facility is just tired. We were on the third floor and building only has one elevator and it broke. They did get it fixed in a reasonable timeframe. Shower handle in our room was so loose as to be nearly unusable and it leaked. Towel rack bent badly. Exercise room was tiny and poorly... More

This Courtyard by Marriott is a standard chain-style hotel with decent amenities and very little character. Our room was comfortable and clean, but the walls were a little thin--somebody was running around outside our room at 4:30 a.m. and I heard more than I should have. Still, the staff was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Not a bad place... More
