We were in Austin for 3 nights for business and stayed at the Drury Inn and Suites Austin North. WOW, the rooms are huge. We had a suite with 2 queen beds, a living room with a queen sized sleeper sofa, living room chair, 2 TV's, desk, mini fridge, microwave. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean, and... The staff at Drury Inn are extrememly accommodating and every aspect of the hotel is extremely clean...and they were under construction while I was there. Our room was clean and looked remodeled. Breakfast was good and there were more choices than I could have imagined.

We had a horrible experience at the Ramada Austin Central and found this hotel at midnight. The customer service was great, the hotel was clean, and the rooms were a great size. The prices were nice as well for the location. Overall I loved it and I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Austin.

We are from San Antonio, we stayed here on July 4th to be close to Austin airport for early morning flight. The room was kinda small, you can tell it is an older hotel that has been remodeled recently. They are still in the process of remodeling, but we never heard any noise, they did have a gift bag at... The hotel was nice except for 2 things. They allow pets, so be prepared to be awakened at 6am to a barking dog needing to go out. Smokers prop the back door open with rocks, easy access for non-guests

I have stayed multiple times for work in the past 5 months and have never had an issue that wasn't quickly and happily solved! The improvements they are making are easy to work around and caused no issues. I love the staff here and am always greeted like a friend they are happy to see.

I have stayed at this hotel before and as a general rule, my family LOVES to stay at DRURY INN when we have the chance. HOWEVER, this time (July4,2015), they were in the middle of a renovation and while the rooms were nice and updated on our floor (fourth floor) the rest of the hotel was "in process". It wasn't... Thank you so much for taking the time to post comments about your stay with us. We are indeed in the middle of a multi million dollar renovation. I apologize for the inconvenience created as we renovate our lobby; we are working towards more space, more seating and a more welcoming areas. Unfortunately, it takes time to remove the "old",... Have stayed in this hotel countless times when traveling for business because it has everything you need and a friendly staff. Free hot breakfast, free dinner with complementary drinks, and free coffee and soda in between. Was even stuck there once for five days without a car because of bad winter weather and never went hungry. There is a microwave,... More

After reading the reviews, we decided to stay there for our son's college orientation at UT. We are had great time. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. The evening "snack" was more like dinner. The rooms were good. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and smiling all the time.
