This is a great place to stay, staff was excellent. Helped us out when we forgot out necessities bag with Toothpaste, brushes, shavers and shave cream. Really nice. They spoke multiple languages. They also were kind when we needed a late checkout. The only issue I would say is if you have trouble with stairs, you may want to request... More

The place was clean, comfortable, wifi was great, superb staff, trees surrounding the hotel, restaurants nearby, quite, and the freeway was nearby. We really enjoyed our stay. The highly recommend this place.

My husband and I booked this room through hotwire. I admit I was scared but this was a great stay. Room was beautiful. Staff very nice and helpful. Bed super comfy. The only drawback was breakfast. Don't plan on eating breakfast there. It consisted of granola bars and apples. We asked if we could stay a second night but they... More

This accommodations are pretty standard for a cheaper line hotel. Thin blankets, rough sheets, hard bed, small bathroom, rough and small towels, and varying water pressure. These were the downfalls. The worst was that my room smelled as if someone had just steamed cauliflower or cabbage. The room does have a small kitchenette with a small, yet full-size, fridge, full-size... More

I stayed at the Extended Stay Arboretum for 1 week last month. I was pleasantly surprised since I had read some negative reviews.... We had no real issues with the place other than that there was trash left under the kitchen sink, which we threw away in the trash room down the hall. There were also long dark hairs in... More

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! This place has bed bugs. Getting rid of bed bugs can cost you thousands of dollars if you bring them back home. It's not worth the risk. I am writing this as we stand in the hotels Landry room washing all of our clothes. It was confirmed, and we saw the fully... More

Pay the extra $20 to stay somewhere else. The walls are thin, new "renovation" is a cheap one. Towels feel like sandpaper. If you have a pet, watch for ticks in the grassy area (per the staff)- they don't tell you because they care about your dog, they just don't want you brining them in. Won't be staying there again.

Room given was not clean. They are not enough staff. New room toilet overflows and front desk and housekeeping won't help. Call Hotwire and they are powerless. Never again will I use Hotwire and never again will I stay at an Extended Stay.

The location is a close to Target, which I bought my supplies for dinner. Kitchenette was not bad and very slow. Room was pretty clean. The breakfast was only a grab and go situation. I thought it would be a continental breakfast at least, but it was like express breakfast. Coffee, muffins, and granola bars pretty much.

So this hotel was my attempt to save some money by booking with Hotwire. Never again. The lobby was under construction, and it appeared that they were painting the whole thing bright fire engine red. NOT what a tired, jet-lagged traveler that just negotiated a strange freeway in the dark wants to see when all they want is sanctuary and... More
