I tried to check-in to this Extended Stay Hotel Property. However, like the previous poster, the hotel was overbooked. The only option available was a smoking room. I could not stay in a smoking room because of my health. I tried several times to talk with the front desk attendant regarding the situation, but she would not try to find... More

Very impressed how clean and home like this room was, wasn't expecting this. Quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice and friendly also. Location was easy to get too as well.

Stayed here for 5 days in October during the Formula 1 event. The ground floor room was spotless, very comfortable and quiet. I don't remember now who checked me in but the staff was very friendly and professional whenever I had to deal with them. I used the laundry facilities during the stay and the laundry room and equipment was... More

Stayed for 3 nights over the formula 1 weekend. After a long haul flight and drive from Houston we were greeted by Louis who checked us in efficiently. Full suite hotel but oddly no cooking or dining items in room, you needed to request from reception. No coffee making facility unless requested. Fridge could be a bit noisy at night.... More

We arrived at the hotel around 6 p.m. Waited at the front desk for several minutes since no staff was present. Finally, Louis arrived, only to tell us that they had overbooked and could only give us a smoking room. We are not smokers, so that would not work. For the next 30 minutes, Louis called sister properties in an... More

I stay at this hotel for one night and have to say that it was decent. The bed was comfortable and clean but it had an annoying smell of noodles. Also the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor and ran out to the kitchen. Also the toilet kept breaking. The front desk workers were very friendly. I'm not... More

This is a great hotel close to many great places. I like this part of town, close to The Domain area and not too far from downtown. It will take you about 20 minutes to go downtown from here. I will definitely stay here again.

Look for Deen at the front desk on the night shift at Extended Stay America-Austin-Arboretum. Our house flooded last week. Last night around midnight, our phones started alerting flash flood warnings. My husband and I grabbed our dog and left. By 12:30 a.m., we hadn't found a room and it looked as if we would have to turn around and... More

This place is first off a small hotel. There was one person running the front and checking rooms, too. We were told twice to come back because our room wasn't ready even at 4:30 pm. (Even though it was pouring and there was a tornado watch.) The so called manager ignored us when we walked in, and was on the... More
