The hotel is clean and well maintained. Service lacked. From the front desk (check-in clerk was bored), room service did not replace decaf coffee, check-out clerk didn't say a word (e.g., "Was everything OK?" or "Thank you.").

Dark and gloomy corridors from a dark and gloomy garage lead to pretty dull rooms! A study in brown to be honest! Service was OK, rooms are OK for a weekend but there are better chain hotels closer to the action downtown.
