I have been staying here (and will continue to) on a weekly basis because I am working on a client project right up the street. I stay at this location because it is cheap and very convenient. Everything is basic, but just fine for the business traveler. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom area is sufficient, sofa is obviously very cheap... More

Overall a great hotel. Nice area. Extremely comfortable bed. Due to the reason we were there, we got there late and was up early and out the door. Breakfast looked good, but only had coffee. Staff that we interacted with were courteous and helpful. Definitely a top notch hotel.

This hotel was awesome. Everything I expected and more. I had booked two nights (with the cancellation option 24 hours in advance). Severe weather unexpectedly changed our plans as we were unable to drive into town. One phone call to Springhill Suites and they happily changed my reservation to one night with no penalties and no drama!! The hotel was... More

If the rooms had cost a bit less, I would have been able to overlook the poor plumbing and breakfast. But it simply costs too much here to have a bathroom sink that takes a full 15 seconds to fill a cup of water. (This is not an exaggeration. I got frustrated while I was waiting one morning, so I... Great hotel with large rooms. Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast and has a small swimming pool and gym. Location is near The Domain shopping mall and has lots of food options nearby. Downtown Austin is a short 15 min drive without traffic. Great hotel with reasonable... More

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice gym facility and breakfast is ok. Location is tough to access if it's your first time. Laundry facilities are abundant, working, and free. They Also keep plenty of coffee made. I would stay here again if business brought me back.

While this SpringHill Suites is not the newest hotel but it is kept very very clean. The staffing was friendly and helpful, the breakfast is acceptable, and the rooms are nicely sized. If this hotel is in an area that you want to be, I recommend this hotel.

It's a good hotel for business travels with a working corner in each room. Aircon is a bit noisy but works well. Room can be smelly without that. It's on a good location, you can walk to Sam's boat anytime if you feel hungry. Breakfast improved lately from worst ever to terrible :). On weekends it is still worst ever.... More

I've stayed here a few times over the last year or so, about a week each time. This time I brought my wife and daughter. This place was marginal but is now unacceptable. Room has a distinct locker room smell that we as a travelling family have not encountered before. A/C rattles all night like it's falling apart. Wife found,... More

Thank you for staying with us for Seven (7) days! We really appreciate your business and your feedback. We are a very popular hotel in our area and the weekends do get very busy which - makes for a crowded breakfast room. I apologize for the your less than perfect experience at our hotel. More
