I always enjoy my Hyatt Place stays, and this one is no different. It is a good hotel in a decent location (albeit a little tricky to get to) and I got a great deal. The bed is very comfortable, rooms stylishly furnished and spacious, and the bathroom is very modern. I will take off due to the fact that... More

We are very pleased to hear you liked our rooms and enjoyed the BBQ. We will continue to send guest there. I will ask the team to double check the shower door though, it shouldn't soak the floor. Sounds like a seal may be in need of repair. Thank you for taking the time to review our property and we... More

Always enjoy staying here as the staff is so friendly and helpful. For example, we awoke Saturday to an ice coated car. John Gardner got cups of hot water and melted the ice on the windshield so we could move the car.

I had previously stayed at this hotel and was happy to return. Unfortunately, it seems to have lost it over the last few years. The good: the location is near the highway and near some stores and places to eat. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. They also had plenty of parking available. The not so good: We arrived after... More

The hotel is centrally located near the arboretum with good restaurants etc. The room was wonderful and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were excellent. The manager, Roger Murdock, was very helpful. My husband has a new car and wanted a safe parking spot where no one would scratch the car. Robert went out and helped him with... More

This hotel is about 10 miles West of I-35 in north Austin- somewhere in more of the tekkie area. The setting is nice and is within walking distance of a couple restaurants (including Buca di beppo). When we walked into the lobby we were immediately welcomed by the desk clerk. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was spacious and... More

We snagged an AAA rate of 89.00 per room, had 19 people in our group, and found the rooms great, with 2-3 people sharing per room. The rooms have a separate living area with a nice sized couch, which i slept comfortably on. The rooms were clean and fresh and nice, the breakfast varied, and abundant, with eggs, sausage, fruit,... We first came in they gave us a handicap room. Which we called downstairs and they gave us another room. The front desk staff is very young and look confused all the time. We got to our room and the shower is a half glass that has an open floor plan. Which means the water gets out to the floor.... More

I always enjoy staying at Hyatt's line of hotels as indicated by being a Hyatt Platinum Passport member. After two flights to Austin, we were tired and looked forward to settling into our room at Hyatt Place Arboretum. As soon as we got to our floor, we smelled cigarette smoke which was also very noticeable in our room. Front desk... More

Thank you taking the time to write a review of your stay. I'm sorry you were less than pleased, but we will do everything within our power to make sure other guests do not experience the same. We are a 100% smoke free property and it upsets me that you smelled smoke in our hotel. It's very rare that we... More

I stay at this hotel often for business. This hotel is located at a great intersection! For downtime there is shopping within minutes at the Domain and The Arboretum. The rooms are clean, well kept and the staff is courteous! I would recommend this hotel any day of the week!

Hotel is conveniently located off the fwy, near restaurants and two different shopping malls. The staff was friendly and the accommodations comfortable and quiet. We never made it downstairs in time for breakfast. Be warned: this is the burbs! In the midst of all-things-"chain" or "franchise". Not knowing Austin at all when we made our reservation, for our purposes, I... More

Thank you for your review. We are glad you were satisfied with your stay and hope you will return. Although we are in the burbs, we do have some great "local" restaurants nearby that we can direct you to if you do decide to return. Thanks again for your review and for staying with us. More
