I stayed at this location 2 weeks ago and have stayed three other times. I just booked a stay for early August in Austin and will be staying at the Embassy Suites next door, On the 1st morning of the stay we left our room at 11:30 AM and returned at 6:00 PM. Upon returning our room had not been... More

Dear Paul David, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced during your stay. It sounds like we had a communication problem and while the situation you describe is rare, I regret that we were unable to make it right while you were still our guest. I know you mentioned contacting Hyatt. I had not been made aware of the situation... More

Nice and big rooms with large TV and work table. Good and free wifi connectivity. A Good place to stay even for long duration. Rooms are clean, breakfast was not bad. Good prices and really no complaints anywhere.

No complaints. Room clean, bed & pillows comfortable, free breakfast, killer shower, clean pool. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. I WOULD like to see them shuck the b'fast sandwiches & just bring in bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs. But hey, at least they do offer a breakfast!

Ricky, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your business and hope you will chose us again next time you are in Austin. You might like to know that while Hyatt requests we keep the sandwiches during the week, we do often substitute the eggs with bacon or sausage on the weekends. Let us know... More

I visited Austin Summer 2013 for a car event near this location. My fiance and I chose to stay here because the location was convenient. Honestly, i wasn't expecting much. When we pulled up it was small (compared to places I typically stay 4-5 star). When we entered I was in complete 'AW'! It blew my mind how clean, beautiful,... More

Stayed here for one night, our first time in a Hyatt Place, and came away with our expectations met but not exceeded. Our room was ready when we arrived, a few hours before check-in. Our room was pretty much a standard hotel room but much larger and with a somewhat comfortable (but huge) pull-out sofa with an ottoman and everything.... More

Thank you for your very thoughtful review. Your comments help us to continually improve our service. We are about 15 minutes from downtown, in the popular Northwest area of Austin. Most of our guests specifically want to be in this area; however, if you are looking for downtown, there is now also a downtown Hyatt Place. If you plan to... More

After the first day of housekeeping, the toilet paper was not replaced and the roll that was on the other holder was not unwrapped. The holder which was left empty was quite disgusting. Additionally, none of the glasses were cleaned or replaced. There was mold on the shower curtain and in the bathtub. Further, there appeared to be snot or... More

I spent a week here during June, 2014. The hotel was attractive and the staff was friendly. They laid out cookies and a beverage in the evenings. Location is convenient...near the intersection of 183 and Mopac (two of the major roads around Austin), but you may have to make a U-turn to reach the entrance. The cleaning staff did a... More

I was needing a hotel for a weekend trip with some friends to Austin and this hotel served it's purpose well. Not only was it close to downtown, but it had plenty going on around it to keep us entertained. Our two-bedroom suite was clean and full of space to accommodate a group easily and comfortable. The bathroom was quite... More

This was a perfectly fine place to stay for a few night will traveling on business. If I were back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Positives: - Very friendly staff--everyone was super cheerful and nice - Large room with a large window, so the room did not feel dark or cavelike - Good set-up for... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate the feedback. As we were among the group converted from another suite hotel, there were a few design features already in place. The staff and new management are helpful and accommodating with great attitudes. The hotel is easily accessed with lots of free parking and located near numerous shopping centers. The room was clean and spacious with very comfortable bedding. Even though it was busy, it was quiet and peaceful. They have a a cute cafe and better than most free breakfast.
