My husband and I have stayed here on several occasions, in fact it is the only place we would consider staying while in Austin. It is the first Green hotel and their work has really paid off. I can't even begin to list all the ways, but what we really like is the organic breakfast, solar panels on the roof,... More

The rooms are really spacious, in the regular suit you get living room and kitchen and separate bedroom, 2 TVs. Location is close to Downtown and have a good freeway access. Breakfast is good and complimentary beer and wine refreshments are awesome! Hard to find any better place to stay for that reasonable price!

Really good price for what you get but don't expect anything fancy. If you eat breakfast here be prepared to have someone in your face telling you what you can and can't do while you're still trying to wake up.

When we go to Austin, this is the place we stay. The front desk and housekeeping staff are so nice and warm. You can actually eat anything you find on the grounds. I love the rosemary everywhere. They have an excellent buffet of natural foods. However, the last time we went they had too many LOUD food staff in the... More

Would Stay again, in a second. We stayed an extra day in Austin specifically to stay here. Staff excellent. I am a 20 year veteran of the hospitality industry, and I would love to have this staff in my place of business.

We stayed here 6 nights Ina ten day period. Two different room. We had a great stay both times. Very nice and helpful staff! Breakfast and happy hour were wonderful! Will need a car for sure from this location! Will definitely stay here next time we are in Austin. Kids loved the pool also. My hubby is still talking about... More

This is absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is comfortable and quiet. The grounds are beautiful, and the breakfast was good. If only all businesses would make as much effort to conserve our natural resources, it would be a much better world for our children.

This hotel would have been wonderful. Room was clean, spacious, easy parking, and convenient access to freeway, The front desk staff in the evening was very friendly and helpful. We had a 1 bedroom with king bed, sofa, office desk, nice kitchen. All very comfy and spacious. There were 2 TVs - one in the living room, one in the... More

Habit Suites is a special place. We were allowed to check in an hour early. They also provided a nice selection of finger foods as well as beer~wine for hospitality hour. And the next morning they provided an incredible breakfast (to be included in the price). They make pancakes fresh, so there is a bit of a wait. Others were... More

I am so happy to hear about how much you enjoyed our Breakfast offerings! We believe in offering fresh, local food when possible and our all-natural organic Greek Yogurt you mentioned is provided to us by Austin's family owned and operated White Mountain Foods. I'll be sure to let Frank and David know you loved their pancakes! Thank you for... More

Very basic accommodations. Absolutely NO frills. This reminds me of a very old Residence Inn. The lobby and dining area are more updated than the actual living quarters. Granted, the 2 BR suite (loft room and bath) was preferable to a hotel room; however, the furniture was old and outdated. The microwave in our suite was probably the first one... More

We definitely appreciate this feedback and we are listening! Under new management here in 2014 we are engaged in some exciting renovation projects for this year! (Our main lobby was certainly the first preview of that!) It is true that we do not have a designated "bellman", because all and any of the Habitat Suites team are more than happy... More
