I stay here a lot for business. Convenient to highways without being on one. Lovely grounds, friendly staff. As others have commented, you don't want a suite close to Sugar's bar next door. Other than that side, it's a nice quiet place. Huge suites with full kitchen, living, fireplace...probably a converted apartment complex. They offer a lovely happy hour with... More

We stayed for two nights in a one bedroom apartment, which was upstairs. We liked the fact that the room had a full kitchen and we were able to cook instead of eating out. The room was spacious and consisted of a separate bedroom and bathroom. The room was in need of modernisation, the kitchen was very dated but clean... More

Good memory and worth to stay. I've spent 6 nights here. Room : quiet and sizable room with kitchen and separate living room. Country style deco. It could get higher credits by refashioned the furniture. Service and Breakfast : the meal is nice with fresh fruit. The kitchen momma has never been so amiable. It brings you to enjoy a... More

We had a prepaid reservation. On arrival we were asked to put a visa or MasterCard for a 100 "deposit" we were never told about. The lady on reception treat us like we were criminals because my husband said he didn't have a credit card. I was waiting in the car with my 3 very anxious boys and he went... More

My husband "found" this gem while looking for a place to stay for the MotoGP races. A perfectly quiet tropical oasis in the middle of a busy city. The suite was large, clean and has all the amenities of home. Staff was friendly. Breakfast included is cooked on site. Will be booking there again next year!

Shared a 2 bdrm suite to share with the " in law's". Worked out well for us. I chose this place due to the photos, ambiance, their commitment to the environment & much better breakfast options advertised (than any other hotel "free breakfast" I have been to). Also, read others reviews. We weren't disappointed. Peaceful & quiet. Close enough to... More

Them concept of this place is interesting. It's not a upscale place by any means but if you are looking for a quiet and restful way station away from downtown Austin this is the place. A clean and comfortable suite, friendly staff and with a very nice fresh breakfast and a beer and wine happy hour at the end of... More

Plumbing problems plagued us throughout our stay. The first room had only intermittant hot water. The second room developed a shower problem with only hot water no matter which way the confusing dial was placed. It was a holiday weekend with a full house but the free breakfast ran out before the time allotted for it. Go to breakfast early... More

A tucked away treat worth looking for. We arrived in the evening so finding the driveway and front door was confusing. The lobby was beautiful and the host very gracious. Our room was comfortable and clean with a full kitchen and sitting area separate from the bedroom. The morning buffet was wonderful and the cook made eggs and pancakes as... More

We came late but our suite was ready and the front desk clerk, Raymond, was very nice. The suite had a full kitchen with everything you could want and a fireplace in the sitting room. We spent most of our time in the bedroom/bathroom as we were just there to sleep. The rooms are well-worn but they were clean and... More
