Stayed 5 nights, 3rd visit here. Nice enough hotel, most staff is friendly, recently remodeled front area, workout room. Price and location are main draws for me here. Rooms could use some updating. Had reclining chair common in RI rooms but the ottoman was missing. Otherwise starting to show wear throughout room. Wanted to use the sport court and "old"... More

Residence Inn is great for our family and we enjoy the complimentary breakfast and evening managers reception food during the week. This is nice, clean, conveniently located (if you have a car) to just about everything. The chef went out of his way for my son so I was super impressed with the service. They were serving chili and cornbread... More

Back again. I was not aware that remodeling was underway and would have stayed anyway. I will say that I had just stayed earlier at the Residence Inn (Galleria) Houston which is being renovated and they sent out an advance email about the remodeling project. In any case, I found the remodeling of the common areas to be only a... More

I stayed at this hotel twice and its a good Residence Inn. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. The hotel is also very quiet. Breakfast was fast and not crowded. The pool is also good and plenty of parking.

The hotel was going through renovations when we stayed there, so there were alot of amenities that had changed or were unavailable. The meals were served in an alternative dining room -- which was converted from 2 small hotel rooms combined. However, in spite of all these issues, the housekeeping staff and serving staff were very friendly and accommodating. IN particular,... More

We had reservations for 6 nights that we had made reservations months ago for this visit. It is horrible. Construction on the 1st floor, dust everywhere. No public bathroom, either. Since we looked concerned, the lady in the lobby let us look at the room prior to checking - we passed and decided to stay at the Embassy Suites across... More

This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The lobby is all torn up so at least the common areas are getting a refresh but the rooms better be part of the work as well. We had planned a long weekend visiting a son and daughter in Austin. The day before we arrived our sons apartment was flooded due to a heavy rain and was unlivable.
