I was in a handicapped room that was absolutely the cleanest hotel room I've stayed in for 10+ yrs. on my 5th night I awakened to something on my neck biting me several times. I finally got up and put my glasses on and yanked back the sheets and put all the lights on and my bed was FULL of tiny red ants! At 4AM, I got dressed, went to the office and had to change rooms. When I got to the new room, I pulled back the covers and there were black hairs all over the sheets, and I pulled OFF the sheet, and the mattress had a huge red blood spot on it from someone's recent stay. I walked back to the office, got the Mgr and brought her to see the mess. She went and got me new, clean bed linens and helped me flip the mattress to the other side. IF I could have left then, I would have. She supposedly 'credited' me for one night, but I have yet to see that a month later. My calls to the Mgr at the hotel have gone unanswered. I'll be finding another hotel my next trip to Arlington, TX.
