Staff very friendly. Hotel is clean. The parking in the back parking lot is a whole !or easier than the front parking lot. We were supposed to get a king size bed, but instead wound up with a 2 bed room. Would have been OK but the beds were full size I stead of queen size. .

On September 14th my brother-in-law who lives in Texas passed away after a long illness. Because funeral plans were being made with little advance notice I was asked by the family to find three hotel rooms in Arlington for our family members. I was uncertain as to exact check in and check out dates but I called your hotel and... More

Booked this hotel last minute on our drive down to see the MSU Spartans play in the bowl game. They're not too far from ATT Stadium, and the hotel offers shuttle service at a decent price (I think we paid $15 round trip per person). The hotel staff were friendly, and the room clean. Free parking was a plus and... More

I stayed here with my family for 4 days. We had to stay here because all the other hotels were booked due to a football game. The room was disgustingly dirty, furniture all damaged and ripped, maid service did NOT change sheets or clean room, the ceiling was leaking water in the room into our computer and bags. They moved... More

This hotel is old but has been remodeled. It was clean and the service was fine. Rooms are small and breakfast is HORRIBLE. The price was right so we stayed here. We had a total of 5 rooms and none of them had any issues. Again. I would stay here for 1 night but not any longer.

I've been going to Arlington every year since 2012 and I've stayed at some SCARY hotels so I wasn't expecting much when I booked this room for a girls weekend get a way. BOY was I SURPRISED when I walked in. ITS AMAZING! Clean, friendly staff, great continental breakfast. Beds are comfortable. Not close to walk anywhere unless you want... More

The pictures are a little misleading. I guess most portray the best of the best. Their lobby is nicely decorated and well kept. But that all ends once you enter the areas where the rooms are. The carpet is stained; some of the lights are flickering; the wallpaper shows sign of water damage; furnishings are showing signs of major wear... More

Stayed here overnight for the 2015 cotton bowl. Check in process was smooth even though for some reason, they had my check in day scheduled for the following day. The manager was able to make sure we had a room once I showed her my confirmation email. The lobby looks very nice but the rooms could use some updating. The... More

A bit out of the way for stadium. They ran a $30/person return shuttle for games, we didnt take but those that did said it was very uncomfortable as it was over crowded. Not easy to access without a car, even the mall next door is difficult due to freeway and train tracks. Rooms are avg, not really clean but... More

Thanks for taking time to review our hotel. We really appreciate it. We work hard here at the Blue Cypress to make our guest's stay as much comfortable as possible. Just on a side note, the shuttle charges are $15/person round trip and not $30, and for many guests it's a reliable source of transportation to and back from the... More

We stayed Saturday night after Thanksgiving. I appears the hotel has been recently decorated and currently has some remodeling going on on the first floor, where the pool and fitness room are located. The elevator didn't go down to the first floor so it was necessary to take the stairs next to the front desk to get to the pool... More
