Stayed for Final Four weekend. I understand elevated rates, but the motel was overpriced and nowhere near full capacity. First room had stained carpet and damage to door frame making door lock unreliable, met alittle resistance when requesting to be moved for security purposes. Our next room had a faulty room safe. After second night, started noticing red blotches on... More

Was there with tv staff to cover Final Four. Had 6 rooms with $7,000 in reservations. Staff was responsive and friendly. Rooms were clean. But the facility is right on the expressway so demand rooms opposite highway. Noise on the highway side kept people awake and we couldn't get everyone on the quiet side. First floor is being remodeled. A... More

Never Ever Stay At This Hotel!!! Sheets with rodent droppings and roaches everywhere! Burnt rooms open & visible from parking lot. Complaints to front desk met with hostility and retaliation! Check out @ 11a, banging on my door w/threats to call police by 1115a if we did not "get out now!" Most Horrible Hotel Experience Ever!!!

When we drove up to the motel on Wednesday, 3/19/14, at 3:50pm, there was not one car in the front parking lot, and there was a fire damaged room on the fourth floor being worked on by a construction crew (with black scorch marks all the way up the building.) We thought the motel was vacant. Construction debris, boards, planks,... More

I've found the best rates at this hotel are in the off-season of the Cowboys and the Rangers. Value can also be found when there are no games scheduled. Otherwise the rates are much higher and the hotel is full. This hotel recently converted to ALL non-smoking rooms. The rooms are nice. King size beds are very comfortable, Rooms are... More

I arrived after a ten hour drive wondering what I would find - I wanted to keep to a strict budget so wanted to find safe and clean lodgings for not much money. I haven't traveled on a budget in a while so was apprehensive. But I shouldn't have been. The hotel is clean and well-lit, my room smells very... More

This hotel is great when going to the AT&T Stadium, we walked to a Cowboys game and the price was good compared to other options in the area. We had two rooms and both were clean. The breakfast was OK, nothing special.
