This was a great hotel room. Much bigger than I had anticipated. The hotel staff was great and very accommodating (at the time I was on crutches and needed a handicapped shower and a room close to the hotel entrance). I called a couple weeks before my trip and asked for these special arrangements and there was no problem at... more

If you are looking for friendly staff, good breakfast food and a comfy bed, this is the place. I liked the microwave, sink and fridge setup, and the bathroom is good. The lighting in the vanity area was a bit dim. The place was clean and comfortable for this price range. It's not the W, but for a family or... more

Wow that a great hotel. First, the only thing i wasn't pleased with is the fact the rooms are starting to feel a little dated, and need to be updated. The bed was the new thicker mattress and it was nice. But the staff and the free breakfast and dinner was awesome. The free beer and wine helped a lot... more

After staying at the Springhill Suites I have to say the experience was excellent. The staff was exceptionally nice. The room was just as we expected. We traveled to Texas to attend a Cowboys game. The location was good only 10 min from the DFW airport and about 15 miles from Texas Stadium. Six Flags/Hurricane Harbor is virtually across the... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night to see a concert at the Nokia Theater. We used Marriott Rewards points so I cannot comment on the cost. The staff was pleasant and efficient with one issue - it took too long to deliver foam pillows when requested. The free breakfast we never got to try as... more

Made reservations a week in advance by phone. Hotel was easy to find, staff friendly and helpful. A little on the expensive side for what was offered, but hotel was VERY clean. Breakfast was better than the average cereal and fruit. Trolly service to parks was great. Hot tub and pool was nice. Will probably stay here again when in... more

I had to work in Arlington, and stayed here for 1/2 of my trip. Being in late June, there were kids constantly running up and down the halls and pounding on walls. Breakfast between 7-7:45 was inundated with kids. Come on parents! This is when us business people get to eat on weekdays. Let them eat after 8AM when we're... more

I stayed at this property while in town for business, and booked through our corporate web site as it was 89.00 a night during the week. I walked into the lobby at 630pm on a Tuesday night, to the sounds of a local country western artists strumming sounds on his guitar. There was plenty of appetizers, including make your own... more

We stayed here because it was so close to six flags. They have a trolley service to six flags at no extra charge. For the hotel, it is a nice hotel, very clean. The pool is very small but was not that busy anyway. We had a small problem with the room we stayed in. Our air conditioner was leaking... more
